Their frozen drinks are so great and I had wondered why I stopped going there before work for my iced coffees but was quickly reminded this morning on why I had stopped. I ordered an iced caramel latte with whipped cream and extra flavor. The drink I received had whipped cream popped VERY far out the top of the lid and caramel dripping all over the outside of the lid and the cup. How is that acceptable to give to a customer? I was visibly frustrated and had asked for a napkin, and instead of the worker realizing that she was the direct cause of this and attempting to fix it, she pointed to the coffee island behind me for me to fix it myself. I had to drive to work with disgusting sticky hands and coffee leaking from the ill-fitting lid. And then I quickly remembered why I had stopped getting my morning coffee from Wawa, because this had been a regular occurrence some time ago for me. Upsetting that this issue had not been remedied. I order a simple Sandwich and the one addition I make to a normal Sandwich is bacon...bacon costs extra too...when I get home and open the sandwiches guess what, no bacon on either sandwich...really? It's on the ticket so it's on the screen...do I need to open my Sandwich before I leave the store? I wouldn't care if it was the pickles missing or the lettuce or the mustard but something that is an additional charge that's missing seems like a key thing you would want to put on the sandwich. I call the store and get a customer service person who says they will refund me for the bacon....really? You messed up my order and you'll refund me for the bacon? I get the response people make mistakes...yes I know people make mistakes but you make sandwiches and the only thing you forgot was the item that is extra money...not the free stuff included with the sandwich but the bacon that costs money. Not worth the 3 dollars to go back in there. I won't buy gas there...
