Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Middletown

Where to start. 1st i Rarely leave comments so if i do its either really good or really bad. Unfortunately this is bad. I went the 1st time early lunchtime. there wasn't anyone in the store. i stood for awhile when i seen a lady walk in from outside. Now i has seen her when i drove up and she seen me. I had no idea this was the worker. Show was outside having a conversation with someone outside. ( i wont even begin to talk about that person, that was a whole different topic) i was confused on why i had to wait but I chalked it up to its early in the day. maybe they are just really slow around that time and she isn't use to having ppl in. she wasn't very friendly but whatever, the pizza was fine so i kept it moving. I gave them another time and this time it was later in the evening. Again i walk in and just stand there and see no one. i hear talking but see no one. Finally someone comes out, still talking mind you and just stands there as for me to order. No Greeting, no nothing. Still talking, i though she was talking to someone in the back, but no she was on the phone. And she stayed on the phone the entire time. She was rude and didn't wash her hands. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GETTING FROZEN PIZZA FROM KROGER. i WOULD FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I recently took my grandsons to Pizza Hut before heading to the park, and the experience was outstanding, even with pick-up only! The customer service was truly the best I’ve ever had. From the moment I called to place the order, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made sure to confirm every detail of our order and even suggested a few options the kids might like, which turned out to be spot-on!

When we arrived to pick up the food, the staff greeted us with smiles and had everything ready right on time. The food was packaged perfectly to stay fresh and warm for our picnic at the park. The pizzas were delicious, with the crust cooked just right and toppings evenly spread. The breadsticks were soft, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. My grandsons especially loved the cinnamon sticks, which added the perfect sweet treat to end our meal.

The staff’s attention to detail and friendly service made the whole experience memorable. It’s rare to find this level of care and efficiency with takeout, but Pizza Hut nailed it. Highly recommend this location for excellent food and top-notch...

Horrible customer service, food sat for evidently about 15 minutes and was never brought out for curbside pickup. A $2.11 tip was given to bring out a medium pizza and a small box with a pizza melt in it. Customer service was horrible. After waiting almost 20 minutes and the tracker still showing a 59 minute wait I went into the restaurant where I was informed that I needed to let them know I was there. I showed the girl the tracker where it ahowed I had checked in and she seemed to care less. I asked to have my tip refunded since it was put on there as a gratuity for them bringing out the order. I asked to speak to a manager, a woman came out then passed me to a gentleman. He was not very friendly, I had to repeat the issue multiple times before he seemed to understand I just wanted my tip back. He said he could do that but then ignored me and continued to have a conversation with another employee who walked up. Needless to say knowing I had cold pizzas, had not wasted almost 30 minutes of my time while holding a sick baby ( the reason I wanted curbless to begin with) I slammed my hand on my pizza...
