Carrabba's Italian Grill: A Love Letter to Bread, Spaghetti, and Steak Marsala! Oh, Carrabba's, where do I even begin? From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a warm, inviting atmosphere that just screams "comfort food." But let's be honest, for me, it all starts with that bread. Seriously, the complimentary bread served with that herbed olive oil is nothing short of addictive. It arrives warm, crusty on the outside, and wonderfully soft on the inside. I could honestly make a meal out of just that and be perfectly content. The fragrant olive oil, infused with herbs, is the perfect accompaniment – you just can't help but dunk piece after piece until the basket is empty. But fear not, because the deliciousness doesn't stop there. Their spaghetti is, quite simply, great. It's the kind of classic Italian dish that hits all the right notes. The pasta is perfectly al dente, and the sauce is rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Whether you opt for the pomodoro or add meatballs or sausage, it's a satisfying and comforting plate of goodness. And then there's the Steak Marsala. Oh. My. Goodness. This dish is a revelation. The steak is always cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. But the star of the show is undoubtedly the Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms. It's rich, savory, and has a delightful sweetness that perfectly complements the earthy mushrooms and the savory steak. Every bite is an absolute delight, and it's a dish I find myself craving regularly. Beyond the exceptional food, the service at Carrabba's has always been friendly and attentive. The staff seems genuinely happy to be there, and they make you feel welcome. If you're looking for a reliable Italian restaurant that consistently delivers on flavor and comfort, look no further than Carrabba's. Just be warned: you might develop a serious addiction to that bread! And trust me, you won't be disappointed by the spaghetti or the utterly divine Steak Marsala. It's a trifecta of Italian deliciousness that keeps me coming...
Read moreFirst off If i didnt have to put a star to leave a review there would be none. Just wanted to make that clear. I will never go to this place again. I took my daughter here for her birthday on April 11th and it was a horrible experience. Our waitess was great, but the manager, forgot her name, was less than interested in accommodating me after I asked if they do birthday songs and/or give a desert. After I asked her she said that she would accommodate and let the kitchen know, but she was more interested in chatting, playing in her employee's hair and hanging out by the entrance with her employee's where the hosts greets you. First of all when I went in there the host walked away and everyone kept walking by as me, my daughter and her friend waited to be tended to. There was actually another party waiting wondering what the hell was going on as well. The girl wiping the glasses had the nastiess look in her face like she rather be somewhere else and didn't even bother to assist. I got assisted when I ask for a manager and asked what's going on here because everyone is walking away from the host post while we stood there waiting looking stupid acting like they don't have a job to do while I came to spend money in your establishment that I regret. The food was not good. I had to the mine home and add my own touch to not waste my hard earned money because my food was rushed. There was a big party there, but that doesn't mean that the other customers should get rushed food and poor service. I'm most disappointed in the manager because she is a black woman, but she was more interested in catering to the white party and hanging out with her young employee's which I found disgusting while walking out as she played in her employee's hair laughing and chatting after waiting for the desert and happy birthday song. I actually loved this place before that day having eaten there 3 times before after discovering it, but...
Read moreI took my 73-year-old mother today and three of her friends for her birthday. I have no clue as to how to express how disappointed everyone at that table was. I work in the service industry and I was mortified. There were only four tables in that hole restaurant. I saw the hostess more than I ever saw my waitress. I had to ask somebody walking by if I could get a refill after 20 minutes waiting after I let our waitress know. She did walk by after an hour and 5 minutes while we were waiting on our food to let us know it was getting ready to come out. 20 minutes later a young manager came out to ask if they could sub the spaghetti noodles with the chicken / eggplant parm meals because they were out of spaghetti noodles. So then I asked him how did you run out of spaghetti noodles if our food was coming up 20 minutes ago. Also, mind you this was at 12:00 noon. No way they're out of spaghetti noodles because there was only four tables in the hole restaurant. Again, I work in the service industry. Finally get our food after an hour and 20 minutes and it was ice cold and when I mean to tell you not lukewarm. My broccoli was the temperature of something that came out of a refrigerator. They asked me if I would like another one I said no I don't want anything. Never ever saw my waitress again until she bought the check. Literally saw this woman twice she didn't even bring the food she took our order and never came back. They gave my mother a $20 gift card because it was her birthday lunch and it was completely horrible .....we still paid for it. Manager offered a free dessert. I didn't even have lunch why would I want dessert. And I hope he doesn't think we're going to ever come back to use that $20 gift card. I get it if the place was slammed packed but this place was empty! I'm just wondering how this place is...
