I have had the immense pleasure of hosting two special dinner parties at this particular Carrabba's, my parent's 30th and 40th anniversary dinners. The 30th anniversary party was such a wonderful experience that Carrabba's immediately came to mind when preparing for their 40th. The dinner was yesterday evening and the entire staff really outdid themselves. Joe was the manager and my main point of contact even in the early planning stages. He was professional, friendly, patient and detail-oriented. He helped me create a menu that would incorporate my parent's favorite dishes as well as the restaurant's most popular entrees, ensuring there would be a variety for everyone. Joe even thoughtfully typed up and customized the menu to feature a picture of my parents prominently displayed on the front side of the menu. It was an effort that did not go overlooked, my parents and guests were blown away by it! The wait staff/servers were equally professional and accommodating. They ensured each guest was waited on and served in a timely manner. They were attentive, friendly and engaging. The appetizers were so hearty and delicious that many guests remarked that they were almost full before the entrees arrived. The entrees were as fresh, hot and satisfying as the appetizers, and there were full stomachs, empty plates and big smiles all around. I was so pleased with how everything turned out, and my parents were delighted with everything as well. Many other restaurants should take a page from Carrabba's book. The experience and food was 5 star quality, and the customer service was 10 stars. Bravo, Carrabba's. Well done!!

I am writing this as I am leaving the restaurant because even after complaining to management nothing was done to rectify this situation appropriately. This was the worst service, food and experience I have ever had at this establishment. Food was extremely greesey. Our server rarely checked on us. I ordered lobster ravioli after we had some aps and drinks. The server brought in to go containers when we never asked for it to go. This made us feel rushed. Server was very rude. The wrong salad was brought out. We got Cesar salad when we ordered the Italian. I ordered the soup with the lobster ravioli. Since it was brought in to go containers we didn't have a spoon. Then the server grabbed a spoon from a pile of dirty dishes (my mom watched her do this) and proceeded to wipe a dirty spoon off and hand that to her. I attached a picture of what it looked like when given to her. I spent 78 bucks on this meal and it was terrible. It took 50 minutes to get the salad initially when we had already got all the aps. The server rarely came by. But the worst part was the issue with the spoon she handed my mom. Mom has multiple health issues. If she hadn't been paying attention and got sick from that then it could have been bad for her. I told the manager and all she did was refill our drinks that weren't refilled and ask if we were missing anything. No real apology. She barely listened to our concern and made excuses for spoon when we literally witnessed what she did. I have never seen such slow, reckless practices at a restaurant and I have been in the industry

Not only does the outside have postive apeal because of the natural elements, but the inside continues that experince with it's humble servers. The food here is down right remarkable. There's just enough options on the menu to make you feel comfortable while choosing. My favorite part of dining here is the house dressing you're given with fresh bread. Another highlight is the hardworking kitchen. They cook with a passion and strive to please. If you are unhappy with your food, then they will make sure to give you what you want. Lastly, their dessert. Carabbas never turns down an opertunity to add seasonal dishes to their menu. The most memorable seasonal dessert I've tried here is the Cannoli Cake. Another dessert I would recommend is the Sogno Di Cioccolata "Chocolate Dream Cake". However, I wouldn't waste my time with the Traditional Cannoli because you pay $7.29 for only 2 cannolis. Why buy two cannolis for $7.29 when you can by one and a huge slice of cake for only $4 more (Cannoli Cake)? This is a moderately pricey Itallian resturaunt. I will continue loving eating here recommend anyone who enjoys Italian food as much as I do to do the same.

Carrabba's Italian Grill: A Love Letter to Bread, Spaghetti, and Steak Marsala! Oh, Carrabba's, where do I even begin? From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a warm, inviting atmosphere that just screams "comfort food." But let's be honest, for me, it all starts with that bread. Seriously, the complimentary bread served with that herbed olive oil is nothing short of addictive. It arrives warm, crusty on the outside, and wonderfully soft on the inside. I could honestly make a meal out of just that and be perfectly content. The fragrant olive oil, infused with herbs, is the perfect accompaniment – you just can't help but dunk piece after piece until the basket is empty. But fear not, because the deliciousness doesn't stop there. Their spaghetti is, quite simply, great. It's the kind of classic Italian dish that hits all the right notes. The pasta is perfectly al dente, and the sauce is rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Whether you opt for the pomodoro or add meatballs or sausage, it's a satisfying and comforting plate of goodness. And then there's the Steak Marsala. Oh. My. Goodness. This dish is a revelation. The steak is always cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. But the star of the show is undoubtedly the Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms. It's rich, savory, and has a delightful sweetness that perfectly complements the earthy mushrooms and the savory steak. Every bite is an absolute delight, and it's a dish I find myself craving regularly. Beyond the exceptional food, the service at Carrabba's has always been friendly and attentive. The staff seems genuinely happy to be there, and they make you feel welcome. If you're looking for a reliable Italian restaurant that consistently delivers on flavor and comfort, look no further than Carrabba's. Just be warned: you might develop a serious addiction to that bread! And trust me, you won't be disappointed by the spaghetti or the utterly divine Steak Marsala. It's a trifecta of Italian deliciousness that keeps me coming...

First off If i didnt have to put a star to leave a review there would be none. Just wanted to make that clear. I will never go to this place again. I took my daughter here for her birthday on April 11th and it was a horrible experience. Our waitess was great, but the manager, forgot her name, was less than interested in accommodating me after I asked if they do birthday songs and/or give a desert. After I asked her she said that she would accommodate and let the kitchen know, but she was more interested in chatting, playing in her employee's hair and hanging out by the entrance with her employee's where the hosts greets you. First of all when I went in there the host walked away and everyone kept walking by as me, my daughter and her friend waited to be tended to. There was actually another party waiting wondering what the hell was going on as well. The girl wiping the glasses had the nastiess look in her face like she rather be somewhere else and didn't even bother to assist. I got assisted when I ask for a manager and asked what's going on here because everyone is walking away from the host post while we stood there waiting looking stupid acting like they don't have a job to do while I came to spend money in your establishment that I regret. The food was not good. I had to the mine home and add my own touch to not waste my hard earned money because my food was rushed. There was a big party there, but that doesn't mean that the other customers should get rushed food and poor service. I'm most disappointed in the manager because she is a black woman, but she was more interested in catering to the white party and hanging out with her young employee's which I found disgusting while walking out as she played in her employee's hair laughing and chatting after waiting for the desert and happy birthday song. I actually loved this place before that day having eaten there 3 times before after discovering it, but...

I took my 73-year-old mother today and three of her friends for her birthday. I have no clue as to how to express how disappointed everyone at that table was. I work in the service industry and I was mortified. There were only four tables in that hole restaurant. I saw the hostess more than I ever saw my waitress. I had to ask somebody walking by if I could get a refill after 20 minutes waiting after I let our waitress know. She did walk by after an hour and 5 minutes while we were waiting on our food to let us know it was getting ready to come out. 20 minutes later a young manager came out to ask if they could sub the spaghetti noodles with the chicken / eggplant parm meals because they were out of spaghetti noodles. So then I asked him how did you run out of spaghetti noodles if our food was coming up 20 minutes ago. Also, mind you this was at 12:00 noon. No way they're out of spaghetti noodles because there was only four tables in the hole restaurant. Again, I work in the service industry. Finally get our food after an hour and 20 minutes and it was ice cold and when I mean to tell you not lukewarm. My broccoli was the temperature of something that came out of a refrigerator. They asked me if I would like another one I said no I don't want anything. Never ever saw my waitress again until she bought the check. Literally saw this woman twice she didn't even bring the food she took our order and never came back. They gave my mother a $20 gift card because it was her birthday lunch and it was completely horrible .....we still paid for it. Manager offered a free dessert. I didn't even have lunch why would I want dessert. And I hope he doesn't think we're going to ever come back to use that $20 gift card. I get it if the place was slammed packed but this place was empty! I'm just wondering how this place is...
