I think it’s great that this is (assuming) a family business and it’s local. This being said, the owners (or whoever is in charge) need to be more involved and present even if it’s on the weekend. I came in 04/06 Sunday and placed my order at 11:47am, I order chicken tikka masala and chicken tandoori and 2 garlic naan (total price with tax $43.26). 45 minutes later I was able to leave with my food, upon arriving home I noticed the tandoori chicken is still raw in the middle, I called and spoke to the young adult that took my order and explained my chicken was still raw, his response was “ oh I don’t know, I can have you talk to my friend, he made the chicken, I don’t know what else to do, sorry.” This is where someone in charge needs to be present in situations like this, I understand the workers are either family members or friends, but this isn’t their business and not their priority. To spend $50 on food and receive raw chicken isn’t right.

Not to add salt to injury, but the tables are dirty and not cleaned, you can see sticky areas and left over food. When you walk over to the soda dispenser the floors are severely sticky and stick to your shoes, this area needs to be cleaned as well.

Chicken tikka masala was too salty and naan seems pre made and reheated too … but the rice was very nice

To be fair maybe going on a Sunday was not the best choice and this food (apart from tandoori) is leftover from earlier this week and reheated. Maybe trying this place when food is made fresh...

I am always on the look out for ethnic food I have yet to try.

I found this Midvale restaurant called Kabob Bros serving Middle Eastern inspired food close to where I work.

Last Wednesday I stopped in and talked to the owner and asked him for information about the resturant and the food they served. He was very friendly and helpful.

I had a seasoned chicken kabob with naan bread and a salad. It was delicious. Everything was made fresh and was not spicy hot.

When I left the owner told me to come back and try their beef.

I came back tonight and had their version of the pizza called Beef Tikka Kabob'za. It is Homemade naan slathered with masala pizza sauce then topped with beef tikka, mozzarella, feta, green peppers, onions, tomato, pickles, and pepperoncini. Drizzled with garlic sauce. it was excellent. The staff prepared it quickly and it was excellent.

If you are in the neighborhood, I recommend stopping by to have your tastebud passport stamped with this...

We placed an order yesterday for my birthday treat for my family. Since it was 4th of July, we called ahead to make sure they are open. The order was placed at 7.58 pm and they told us they are open till 9 pm. When I reached to pick up the food at 8.15 pm, the place was closed. Not a phone call nothing to us. Today in the morning a lady called us with not an apology nothing- straight away asked if we want the food we ordered yesterday in the morning today or a refund. I mean I do understand you might not be great at conversing with people but have the basic courtesy to acknowledge what you did. If you had our number yesterday, you guys could have called yesterday before you left or inform your third parties that you are closing so that no one can place any order. Won’t be going back to this establishment again. Ruined my birthday and my...

Simply authentic Pakistani food. I’ve been a customer for a long time. They originally started on 3300 S. And now they open this new location. If you need some authentic biryani this is the place to go. Most Indian restaurants add a lot of yogurt. For some it may be good for some it may not specially with lactose intolerance. This place does not use yogurt they give you a side of yogurt if you need to mix it. The Kabobs are the best in town. I was talking to the owner about how tasty it is. His simple words are “at the end of the day this is where our family eats. If we can eat it, we are not going to sell it”. They stand by that statement. If you’re in town for a good Kabab and some authentic Pakistani food this is the place to go.

Great new spot right off I-15 and 7200 south. The interior is fresh and very clean. We ordered the chicken tikka with long grain basmati rice. Which was amazing. Don't forget their homemade nan. We got the garlic and regular. Best nan I've had in a while. We also go the chicken chapli street fries. Seasoned ground chicken with bell peppers, cilantro, and a house made cream based herb sauce over top. All of this over curly and waffle cut fries. This had tons of flavor! Highly recommend!! And we had the Beef Tikka platter. Basmati rice and a side salad. Small cut beef pieces with a white (cilantro cucumber?) suave over top. Very good too. The portions are good sized and we were happy to come and will return.
