Whataburger — Restaurant in Midwest City

I ordered 2 meals and a taquito. Out of everything I ordered the only thing I was able to consume was my Dr.Pepper. How is that okay? It’s not like Whataburger is a cheap fast food place. My burger from the first meal was so horrible I fed the meat to my dogs and threw the rest away. It tasted like it had been sitting somewhere for at least 2 hours. Meat was old, bread was old and I asked for no tomatoes and they put 3. The fries that came with the meal were so bad and old I had to throw them away. So I paid for a meal and got a medium Dr.Pepper out of it.. second meal they didn’t give me my side I paid for. Again how is that okay? I paid for something I didn’t receive. Lastly I don’t eat pork and asked for my taquito to be cheese and potatoes and I received a taquito filled with sausage… so that was fed to my dogs. I haven’t worked in fast food since high school so I’m really not understanding this. Is it really so hard to follow an order someone is paying for??? I just spent almost $40 and only got a Dr.Pepper out of it. I didn’t receive what I ordered and the stuff I did receive wasn’t even edible. This is how fast food treats its costumers and if you dare to speak up because you're paying for a service you’re not receiving properly they come at you with anger and attitudes. Why is it okay? None of this should be acceptable. Thank you for reminding why I shouldn’t be supporting these companies. These companies that have no respect for their employees or costumers and offer you nothing but horrible service. Maybe if they paid their employees livable wages the employees would show some kind of decency to the costumers instead of just giving attitude and anger. Maybe the employees would actually care enough and be good employees. Instead the costumers get to pay for horrible food and attitudes. I will not be back to this Whataburger or any Whataburger for that matter. It’s time to stop supporting companies that do not care and treat you/employees horrible. It’s...

I’ll give more later but wanted to get my rating in asap because of the excellent job Sheena did helping me work the app at the kiosk and the excellent job did and how great Tasia did in customer service. She not only delivered my food, but noticed I hadn’t got a straw for the shake she brought me with my meal, and so offered and went and got one for me! And the closer - she was at the trash can when I went to throw my trash away, she thanked me for taking it there!! Like I said, I’ll get to more later, but that’s going out of the way by both ladies.

PS the drive thru and order online - that's the way to go!

01/14/25: Still love the food but they can’t seem, lately, to get it right. Missing onion rings here, incorrect burger toppings there, and incorrect bun. Used to it was always correct and they were bubbling with positive customer service attitude. The only positive is Brenda when I go by and she’s always nice. Staff numbers have dwindled horribly. To many around was not good because they’d just hand out in the dining room when off shift. Not enough, I guess, means they can’t make it right. I visited a few nights ago and got a whataburger meal also ordered a brownie and a shake as well. The wait was absolutely crazy. When I got my food I looked in the bag to check I got everything before I left because it was late I just got off work and didn't want to have to come back if anything and noticed I didn't have my brownie the lady took my bag and checked through it with her bare hands at my car and then took my bag back inside and came out with my brownie now in bag. When I got home everything tasted good but when I was eating my burger half way through i noticed a bite I took had something else different i took it out and it was a big piece of plastic. I Immediately lost my appetite and took pictures and called the store the manager said she would replace my order and make it herself but I don't want to eat there again. I want my money back and be done with it. I took pictures and videos its absolutely insane no telling if I actually ate any plastic and wasn't aware. I don't know if they got mad when I mentioned they forgot my brownie and put it there or if they actually made my burger with that in there. It was literally in the middle of my burger. I had my burger completely unwrapped and holding it eating it because i was hungry and there was nothing there but half way through there was a big piece of plastic...Disgusting.
