This is a fantastic local dessert store that’s sure to delight any cookie or ice cream lover! The store has a variety of freshly baked cookie flavors and homemade crafted ice cream flavors as well. The cookies are soft but stable—they hold up well under the weight and melt-factor of the ice cream. The Ice Cream itself is thick and creamy, and each flavor is well balanced to not be overpowering. Their special flavors for the month of both ice cream and cookies are creative and fun!

Overall, these ice cream cookie sandwiches hold very well for the large scoops of ice cream, and it is a nostalgic experience with a creative modern twist! Price wise too—this is a premium dessert at mid-tier prices! For what most fast food ice cream or shakes costs, you get a handmade premium dessert instead! Very poor customer service. As someone who goes to the norman store frequently this store is nowhere near up to par. 4 employees behind the counter but took awhile to take my order and then stood at the register with my order next to it for atleast 4-5mins and finally had to ask to be rang up so i could pay for my order. and the worst part is i asked for a specific cookie and without even looking the girl behind the counter said they were out, but yet after putting my order together and walking around the corner you can see a whole shee of the cookies in which i asked for and when i brought it to her attention instead of offering to make it right and swap out anything for the cookies i asked for i just got an excuse on how they must've just came out the oven. very disappointed...

This was our first visit and it was okay. I ordered two cookies which was served cold to the touch. I am sure I could have asked to warm them up but maybe they could have asked. My gooey butter cake cookie simply fell apart. I know it says gooey but it tasted raw. The nutella chocolate chunk was covered in salt and I didn't eat all of it. So barely ate half of each. Wife ordered a cookie bowl with ice cream and out of all the cookies available we were only given one choice for the cookie. The mud pie ice cream had little flavor and she didn't even eat half of it. Staff not the friendliest. The lady ringing me up had a earbud in and I could hear it over the other sounds in the shop.
