When my wife and I arrived the drive thru line was long and there was one family at the walk up window so we decided to do that for faster service so we thought. This young man took our order. Then went to the back and was on his phone, and the next time we saw him he was leaving to head home. Instead of taking care of our order, and then clocking out. There were two girls inside one with blonde hair she finally acknowledged us and fixed our drinks within two minutes yet we waited for at least 15 minutes before being able to get attention from the bigger girl with brown hair who proceeded to give us slight attitude you can leave that at home I am not the one. I am also a Disabled Military Veteran and my wife is also Disabled we don't need your rude attitude that's why I am sorry we tipped them before we knew we were receiving terrible service. Wish I could take that tip right on back. My wife and I have both worked service jobs way harder and way busier than this location we went to this evening so I don't want to hear excuses for terrible service our drinks were not complicated or hard. Read moreI’m not sure where the common sense comes in with the people who work here. We were running errands for our children’s birthday parties and decided to stop and get coffee really quick. Anything really quick here is out of the question. We waited over 15 mins, finally got up to the window to get my husbands coffee. He ordered a medium peppermint mocha. As we pull up we see the barista making 2 coffee drinks, one a medium peppermint mocha. As she is handing it off she said, “ Oh these are for a few cars back” That just infuriated my husband more because we already had been waiting over 15 minutes. He asked if he could have that drink since it was the same exact coffee he ordered to be told, “ Oh those are for the car a few back from you” One WHY ON EARTH wouldn’t you make the coffee for the car waiting in the drive thru window?? My husband asked again if he could have that drink and the employee kept arguing with him. Finally it took a few choice words to FINALLY get our drink then leave. The young man that was taken the order decided to lean into the car in front of me and play with some dogs in the backseat. The young man then approaches my car to take my order I told him I will order at the window but the guy at the window leans out of the window to also play with the dogs in the backseat by letting them lick on his hands and then gives the dogs a treat from inside. This is so unsanitary... Your employees need to understand when you're around food and drinks you should be practicing hand washing. Not only that play with dogs on your own time not while you're on the clock. Nevertheless I drove off hot, thirsty and frustrated.
