R&B Tea - Nitro — Restaurant in Milpitas

We ordered 6 drinks & 2 food items on Ubereats. They took forever so our Uber driver had to wait at least 15 minutes at the store. We got our order and were told that they ran out of durian and tried to call us so we're missing 3 drinks. We did not receive a call, and they didn't refund us the drinks until we complained to Doordash.

Ube Brown Sugar Boba 100% Sweetness ($6.10): This cup was smaller than the other drinks and incredibly sweet. We could not drink it since it was like drinking straight up brown sugar.

Rose Oolong Nitro Milk Tea 75% Sweetness ($5.57): This was the best drink of all of our drinks. It was balanced and you can taste both the rose and oolong tea.

Durian Cane ($7.95): We ordered 3 of these and they didn't come because they ran out of durian.

Smashed Avocado With Durian ($9.49): So this drink came with a 30% gap on top and 50% of the liquid so we were ripped off. My mom said it was alright and that they used durian powder.

Spicy Popcorn Chicken ($8.37): This was not spicy, the chicken is a darker color, and the taste was horrible. I'd rather eat Costco's popcorn chicken.

We ordered three drinks and there were around 7 workers, but they were all talking loudly and obnoxiously in the back without anyone working in the front. All they did was put ice in the cups and go to the back to chat and laugh at their phones. Keep in mind that we can see what was going on through the walkway curtain. We had to loudly call them to ask when our drinks would be ready and they couldn't even hear us because all of them were talking so damn loudly on the phone. They only sent one of their workers to make all the drinks. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. Our Vietnamese coffees did not include the jellies that they were supposed to come with and were extremely bitter. The worker did not even call out drinks out when they were ready. We had to ask, and she said that our chicken was being made even though we did not order chicken. Unprofessional and the workers should do their job before fooling around in the back for all the customers to...

Man… service was extremely slow and they weren’t even busy. Even when I go up to the counter and try and ask if they have my order. They have random people speaking to the two male workers seeming to slow things down. The overall hygiene of the place is not well. Tables are dirty and someone had their barefoot on one of the tables. I ordered through DoorDash and the order was supposed to be finished in 10 minutes. I didn’t get my drink for 30 minutes. When I did get my Thai Milk tea it was just sticky and I got the wrong size. Geez man don’t...
