Phung provided excellent service and went above and beyond! I went to pickup my online order and was struggling with holding two drinks as I was holding my pup with one hand. Phung noticed and took the initiative to cut up a four-cup holder so that it could fit into the paper bag. She then helped me pack my two drinks neatly into the bag! She also helped me seal up the drinks so that they wouldn't spill in the bag - all without me having to ask.

This was my second time going to this Starbucks, It appears I will be going there more often. I was there Saturday Dec 14th and Teddy took my order, and was a pleasure to speak with. When I picked up my order Melody helped me out. She was so attentive, so polite, and addressed me with sir so many times. Everything I asked for she acted as if it was her pleasure to serve me.
