What a unique place! You can see the cheese production while shopping for your next favorite bite. The cheese boards and pairing boards are an awesome snack while hopping around MKE. The cocktails and "Mocktails" are really good all while holding a their own standout feel from the ever growing craft cocktail scene. Josie, Ron and the staff are so welcoming and educated on the subject matter. They will answer any questions you have and make you feel like part of the Hill Valley Dairy family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Both locations are so unique and a must try.

Milwaukee’s new cheese bar is an absolute gem! We've made a stop each time we've been in the city recently to pick up Hill Valley cheese (the Luna and Whiskey Gouda are our favs) from the shop and grab a drink and a snack at the bar. The menu is where this place truly shines. The cheese selection is outstanding, with a variety of Hill Valley and other local options, and the drink menu even offers a few zero proof versions of their featured cocktails. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to make great pairing suggestions. 10/10!

Our time at the Milwaukee Cheese Bar was a highlight of our long weekend in Milwaukee! We enjoyed the white wine flight with cheese pairings and then ordered another wine flight to try some additional wines. The cheese and wine was delicious, the folks who worked there were lovely and enjoyable to talk to, the atmosphere and decor were great. We even took a couple of the cheeses and one of the wines home with us. We are so glad we found this place!

We have always loved their Lake Geneva location but so happy they opened a location at little closer to home in MKE. The cheese is AMAZING! By far the best cheese I’ve ever had, especially their Luna and Alpine cheeses. I love the wine flights with the mini cheese board to pair with it. Also love that they added cocktails to the MKE location, all the ones I tried were perfectly balanced! Not to mention the atmosphere is so trendy and cozy!
