Boss Burger N’ Gyro — Restaurant in Minneapolis

this is a ghost kitchen! and doors/ordering area close after midnight, so i recommend ordering online about 30-40 minutes from your eta. the kitchen/space is shared by other businesses, including wingstop which is obviously a popular chain. but this business is fairly new, so they do have to tweaking & polishing up their service, however, it definitely has to do with the atmosphere of those needing to get their orders + having only one window and multiple people being on both sides. besides this, my personal experience with them was definitely more than exceptional :)

now actually on the business/service alone. i recently saw them on social media and was super interested. eventually, i did get in contact with their business online, and they are genuinely so nice and understanding from the management itself and the chefs! they definitely are present before, during, and after their orders. the only downside- and again- definitely had to do with multiple people at the window on both ends- was that there was an issue with getting 1/3 of our orders, but the chefs were very communicative and apologetic. my coworkers and i got their chicken, wagyu, and hatch chile burger & their hot honey and truffle fries! we all just have to say that it was very very delicious and hope to go there again with or without the...

I came from out of town and thought I would give this place a try because of the reviews online. I really regret placing the order I did with this place. I placed the order online and placed it for delivery since I can from out of town and their website and flyer promised delivery. When the food took over an hour to be delivered I called to get an update on estimated time for delivery. I was met with a very rude person answering the phone. The person on the phone repeatedly started speaking with someone else whilst I was trying to get an update on the order I paid for and never got.

The person on the phone kept giving me the run around and never giving me a straight answer on when my food would be delivered. Then the man on the phone told me “hey your food is ready you can come get it but no one can deliver it to you”. Very poor professionalism. Especially when their website states they can deliver. I am super disappointed and so annoyed I spent any time and money on this place. Idk if the food is good or not but honestly I rather give my money and business to another establishment that respects...

You do not want to eat here. Ordered on the kiosk in house, waited more than 30 minutes, and called the number, and then later he says they already made it and someone else must have taken it. That was a lie because I was waiting for the food at the counter and seating area the whole time. Didn't give a refund. Burger was decent, but fries were not good. Backlava tasted like soggy croissant doused in sugary syrup. Did not finish the fries nor the baklava because I didnt like the taste.
