Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Minneapolis

Staff is always amazing and friendly and accommodating of my plain white rice all the time. Also the chicken is halal I believe (lots of folks who are Muslim come here for that). Low ratings on here bash the staff, but they are doing what they can and always very nice. If you come in during rush and see just a few workers and expect them to make it in 2 minutes that's not on them.

Yes it's supposed to be fast, but the workers here work very hard and do their best with what they have. There's only so much they can do and they do it well and deserve to be treated nicely because they are human beings. I've been coming here for a year and staff aren't just staring at you, they're constantly helping each other move orders.

So if you visit be kind. Place mobile orders well in advance. But look up their peak hours before going. Sure sometimes the dining room gets messy fair. As any place during rush. But they're kind of stuck behind the counter until the orders get out.

If you need something or have a question just ask without berating them. They're usually willing to help. Easily my favorite place to go to. Here...

There we're about 6 employees in this small space! (I thought there were supposed to be a limited amount of employees due to the ability of appropriately social distancing themselves!) I was there to pick up an order. There were about 10-12 bagged orders all ready for pickup, just getting cold by the minute. My order was supposed to be ready by the time I arrived, yet I was forced to wait for nearly 15 minutes because there were other orders placed before mine via online or whatever. (Not "in person" orders). I watched order after order being made before mine, only to be placed on the "to go" order rack to also sit and get cold! At least 5 orders were made and "racked" before I finally got mine! While waiting for my order, only 2 already made orders were picked up! Only one employee was making the "to go" orders, while 2 employees assisted the in person orders, 2 held clip boards looking as though they were taking count of supplies or maybe temperatures and 2-3 others didn't really seem to be doing anything?? I witnessed about 3 in person orders the whole time I was...

Every time i come here busy or slow they are out of SOME type of product. I went in and asked for steak and they didnt have any, understandable they were mildly busy. they asked me to wait 20 minutes and i did, patiently… i went to ask again after the 20 and asked how long just to be told 20 mins once again. 40 mins for some steak. i asked for a manager who was visibly frustrated, all in all an uncomfortable experience, my burrito was made so sloppy i could not pick it up. i will be looking for a different location this one never seems to meet my needs. trash's were so full it was on the floor, tables were dirty and no where to sit. Yet there were MANY people working, some who were just upholding conversations with one another rather than focusing on their tasks and customer service.
