Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Mint Hill

What's it going to be Jersey Mike's? Either you're going to have a to go order pick up shelf or you going to keep the orders behind the counter and require your customers to ask for help. (Understaffed? I get it.) That's right ask for help; instead of being greeted when you enter your establishment. Normally, new patrons at other establishments are greeted upon entry; not here, you're staff has zero customer service initiative to say hello, or ask if they are there for a pickup. Meanwhile I have to stand there and wait until I get a glance to initiate a question to see if my to go order is ready or not. 1 of the 3 whole bags on the counter, packed and ready to go, not on the to go shelf. Clearly there needs to be some manners applied to your staff; and better instruction on what you want to do with the pick up orders. Figure it out. Until then my family will not be patronizing...

I will NOT eat here anymore! Staff does NOT practice food safety. I witnessed on one occasion an employee sweeping the floor then going straight to the gloves without washing his hands. Eeewwww! On another occasion an employee went from handling the register straight to the gloves without washing his hands. Two different employees but same nasty habit. I asked on both occasions if they would wash their hands first before putting on the gloves, because they contaminated the outside of the gloves with their unwashed hands. Both employees expressed attitude in accommodating my request. Therefore, I conclude, if they don't practice food safety while I'm standing there watching, what more are they doing when I'm...

I am a frequent customer of 2-3 times a week. Before the pandemic the staff was amazing but now no one seems to care about their job and my orders are messed up almost 50% of the time. I've spoken with the manager multiple times due to their employees carelessly putting together sandwiches and not reading tickets properly. He's made efforts to correct the problems but still having my orders messed up, like today.

Items missing from my sandwich, wrong items on my sandwich that you can't just take off, and the biggest issue is not wiping off the knife and mustard transferring on my sandwich when I hate mustard.

I really wish there was another location close to me because this location...
