Usually not a bad place to go, however the past several weeks have been subpar. Orders take forever, food seems like its put together carelessly and not to company standards, sandwiches aren't cut, and it seems like they want to rush you away.....which is odd because like I said....it takes forever to get your food!
The past several visits, I've experienced what I just described... no napkins, no sauces, no straws...just a sandwich and fries thrown into a bag and out the window.
My last visit I was rushed through the ordering process and couldn't compete my order. I ordered my meal, the guy tells me to pull forward...even though I wasn't finished.
I pull forward and I tell the guy to add 4 cookies to my order. When I asked him this, he was holding my card by his neck, and as soon as I asked to add the cookies he very depressingly says.. "are you serious?", while simultaneously allowing is hand to fall by his side and and adjusting his body posture to the well known "I'm fed up and about to have a temper tantrum" pose.
I tell him that if adding 4 cookies to my bag was that much of an inconvenience to him, to just forget about it. He relentlessly walks away to the register to process swipe my card and that short distance that he walked from the window to the register, he forgot that I wanted to add 4 cookies. He came back to the window and asked me what I wanted to add again... I repeated myself and told him that adding the cookies was obviously a big inconvenience to him and just forget about it. He asked "are you sure"? 🤦🏻♂️.
By the time this is going on, the manager is there and I'm sure he 100% hears whats going on. Instead of being a manager and correcting his employees behavior, he allows it continue and remains silent while acting like he's doing something else.

They screwed the order up and I called asking for a refund for the sandwich and they said it was not possible to do over the phone I had to come down to the store. When I get to the store the extremely rude fat lady manager said she didn't need my card to refund the purchase so she completely lied by telling me I had to come down to the store to get a refund. So I threw all the food back in the bag and went down to the store to get a refund and she refused and said she would only give me a refund for the sandwich that was given to me in error. On top of that I asked if it was a corporate store or a franchise and she said it was a corporate store but did not have their number. I called Arby's corporate and she lied and it is a franchise store and just didn't want to give me the owner's number so I couldn't complain to him about her behavior. She should in no way be a manager of anything with her attitude and personality. Then laughably she said I was not allowed back in the store, it's not like I was planning to go back to that place again anyway. Avoid this locations at all costs. When we called corporate they immediately gave us a refund over the phone using the number of our receipt the same thing the manager...
Read moreI’m pretty sure this Arby’s hates making money. This is the second day in a row that I’ve tried to order from them through DoorDash and it’s taken more than 30 minutes for them to even confirm my order. I have a young daughter at home so I really don’t want to take her out in the cold just to get food. But the process doesn’t even begin for delivery until the order is confirmed. I ended up cancelling my order yesterday because they wouldn’t confirm the order. I tried to order again today and here I am waiting 30+ minutes just for a confirmation.
I’ve even called the location over three times in an attempt to get the order confirmed and all calls have rang through without answer. I have also had every single order I’ve ever put through be messed up. Missing items, no napkins, spilling au jus, cold fries- like they straight up just do not care about anything necessary to run a business. I keep on giving them a chance because I really enjoy the food when it’s done right but they straight up do not care about any level of customer service or food quality whatsoever.
Edit* they finally confirmed my order 20 seconds after I submitted the bad review, with my food being delivered LITERALLY an hour after the order was placed. Here’s hoping they don’t mess...
