This is the worst Burger King around I would not recommend doing business with them. The staff and managers are not trained properly at all and barley speak English. They told me I was banned for pouring out my coffee in the drink drain said I poured it on floor did not said it was on video asked to see per said video and they said get out you banned so they make those own rules I feel that they do not like me using the BK app asked to speak to manager she rudely said I'm the manager now get out I feel discriminated against and have tried to find the district manager to discuss hot the entire staff is not trained properly beware of this place the speak minimal English and have messed up practically every order because I order my food special they do not like that told me that's not what comes on that item and proceed to make it their I thought Burger King was have it your way not at this one it's the staff and managers way customer service is not a priority for this place and no info on how to get a hold of the corporate office or district manager they hide and do will not give it to anyone I sent a friend in and they treated him rudely and told him to leave if he doesn't like the way they make it.. So everyone beware of this establishment. As you can see by all the negative reviews it's not a customer issue it's poor management if someone can get a number to someone higher up try I have to no avail. And I wouldn't go in the restroom if is even worse smells like sewage and very filthy had urine and feces on the toilet and floors no paper towels so obviously the staff doesn't wash hand...

Then told me they have never had picante sauce. My next visit they got my order wrong. My third visit I asked if they were still serving breakfast she said yes. I asked for a breakfast burrito meal as long as they have picante sauce she said they do have picante sauce. What I got was a croissant sandwich. I went to the counter and told them this is not what I ordered. The manager told methey're not serving breakfast. My ticket shows I ordered before 10:30 and I told her Miguel behind the counter said they were still serving breakfast to which the manager said no. She would not let me have a breakfast burrito. How to get my money back and go somewhere else.

Recently, I picked up food for my brother, only to discover upon arriving home that his burger lacked cheese, and the order was missing the fries altogether. The entire meal, which included cheese on the burger and an extra side of onion rings, came to $17. Disinclined to make another trip, I opted to call the restaurant and inquire about resolving the issue. Unfortunately, after explaining the situation, the call was abruptly disconnected. Assuming this to be a mistake, I called back again, only to be promptly hung up on a second time. Left with no other option, I returned to the store, where they finally remade the order.
