Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Missouri City

I have been eating at Jack in The box for over 40 years. During this time I must say that Jack in the box has had some of the best food I've ever eaten in any restaurant in the world! Starting with including Chick-fil-A! I use an exclamation point because I know how good Chick-fil-A sandwiches are I used to work there during the summer in high school and they are awesome!! That being said I must say Jack in the box's Chicken Supreme sandwich was the best chicken sandwich ever made!!! Also the original ultimate cheeseburger before they decided to think we're a bunch of idiots and do a "reset" meaning the economy was getting worse they needed to shrink the sandwich so they tried to fool us and said hey guys we're giving you better bread now brioche or whatever it is thinking we wouldn't notice that they severely shrunk the bun size and burger size down to their original little hamburger that used to sell for $0.50. however this total adulteration of their ultimate cheeseburger wasn't done yet screwing it up, Jack in the box got rid of one of the best condiments/ sauces ever made! They're onion mayo sauce, their onion mayo sauce was absolutely sheer perfection! YES! You hear me right Jack in the box had two of the best sandwiches ever made in the world! For before they decided to get rid of they're awesome chicken supreme sandwich!? And decide to bastardize as in completely change and shrink their Ultimate...

We’ve only started going here in the past two months. The first time, it was slow and took about 20 minutes, however the service was nice and our order was correct and hot.

Second time, slow with incorrect order. Service was meh.

Third time, we waited 20 mins again. They typically have everyone park in the spaces at the front of the store while they bring the food out. They EXPECT everyone to park in order, so they can just bring the food out. However, people just park wherever there is an available space. Since they guy bringing out the orders thinks everyone is parked in order, he just shoves the bag of food at people without a word and quickly walks away; no confirmation at all. So of course our order was wrong. Husband went inside to correct it and they insisted it was correct… even though he had a receipt proving it was wrong. They bregrudgingly corrected it, and we had a nice cold dinner (my sourdough Jack wasn’t even toasted).

If you’re there when the head manager is on duty, this place is good… but the rest of the time you’re better off going to Wendy’s...

Double check your drive through order before leaving. My brother and I ordered food at 11:22pm on Memorial Day. We placed our order, pulled around, We were told to go ahead and park and that our order would be brought out to us. The employee didn't wait for us to confirm we had everything. So when we discovered we were missing some items, we had to pull back through the drive-thru and talk with the employee about the missing items. 40 minutes later we received our missing items. I suspect they were understaffed that night and the drive-thru was busy (5 or 6 cars deep). (If they tell you to pull around and wait, they are trying to reduce their drive-thru time. There's a timer on the drive-thru window to ensure you get your food within a specified amount of time. If they go over that amount of time, they can get...
