Jamba — Restaurant in Missouri City

Came today on a Sunday afternoon and there was only one other customer in the store. The cashier offered no greeting, but took our order with no delay. While inquiring about the menu she uses her fingers to twist her long fake hair. Aren't you in food service? Why are touching your hair before you make my drink? Then another employee comes to the front to make something, sneezes and touches her face!! Doesn't bother to stop and wash her hands. Oh, no, that's too much like the right thing to do. She just keeps mixing and fixing right along. Against my advice, my husband stayed and ordered drinks for my kids. There was no sort of thank you or have a nice day. What a waste of a nice business in Missouri City. Why do so many businesses hire these...

Unacceptable behavior by female staff member. I was there on Saturday August 20 I ordered 5 shakes. The female staff member prepared 2 drinks. A female customer came in about 5-10 minutes later ordered her drink. The female staff member proceeded to complete her order for that customer and I had to stand around and wait for another 20 minutes for her to complete my order. Further the customer who walked in proceeded to sit in the establishment and haver her drink. I had to go because I had an appointment. In future communicate with your customers to see if it's ok to take another customer ahead. Do not assume that your customers have no place to be....

Ordered a bowl. First time at this location and first time ordering a bowl . The bowl was small in size compared to other juice companies. The taste however was empty. The taste had no real substance. If it were not for the few toppings, it would just be a blue bowl. I hope another juice bar will move into the neighborhood soon. The service was not very good either. Once my bowl was completed they just set it on the counter. I just happened to return to the counter. They were more interested in their talk than service. . I will say the cost was cheaper...
