Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Missouri City

We’ve been coming here really regularly since they opened and they used to be great, but their accuracy has been so bad lately. Our past like 5 orders have been missing at least one item, often it’s just avocado on my husband’s sandwich and not worth complaining so we haven’t…this past visit was especially frustrating though. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich through UberEats and it arrived without bacon… no biggie, I just ate it and carried on without saying anything. The next day I was still craving the sandwich I didn’t get so we went back. My husband picked up and before he left he opened the sandwich to check and didn’t see bacon, so he asked an employee if they put it on and was assured that yes, they put bacon on it. We get home and lo and behold… there is none. My husband called the store to see if they can just give us credit for one, as this is now two times that I haven’t received the right food, and were told we would have to drive back up there. I guess I get it? But like can you really not email me a gift card or make a note that you owe me a sandwich? It’s 2025…. He told them we weren’t able to drive back up there and were given the phone equivalent of a shrug. This place was absolutely horrible

Went to Jersey Mike's excited for a good sub, but left feeling let down. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. Waited way too long for my order, and when I finally got it, it was wrong. The bread was stale, and the veggies weren't fresh. Plus, the place wasn't as clean as I'd expect. Really was hoping for better, especially with the prices they charge. Sadly, I don't think I'll be giving them another chance. Also, the manager with blonde hair was pretty rude when I brought up my concerns. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she just shrugged it off. I placed an order with Jersey Mike’s (Highway 6 location) and never received my order. I got a text message stating that my order had been delivered but nothing was delivered. I called this location and was told that I’d need to contact the delivery service to investigate the missing delivery?!? Turns out that they don’t use DoorDash as their online app states either. I’d expect them to offer to send the originally ordered food again as they have the receipts for all online orders. Instead they offered to charge me for another order and wait to be reimbursed for the original order. I understand that Jersey Mike’s isn’t “fine dining” but I don’t believe that should be a requirement in order to receive quality...
