After a long hike at Arches National Park, we arrived starved and thirsty at this food truck corner and took a chance at trying Tacos el Gordo. We were rewarded with delicious food, that is authentic in it's ingredients and range of flavors and texture. The food had spice that was flavorful but not volcanic, and just right. The food came out fresh and piping hot, the bread had the requisite soft consistency, and the meat was tender. We highly recommend the tortas and burritos. Should have been a giant red flag when he took my card did whatever he did on his phone and then said I was all good to go and didn’t need to sign anything since he used the chip. ID LEAVE IT ALONE IF I HADN’T ALSO LEFT A CASH TIP. If anyone else goes here after reading this make sure you get a receipt.

But they day before when you get the quesadilla he won’t charge you for it….. recently went back to Moab and thought I would give these goofs another shot.
