After a long hike at Arches National Park, we arrived starved and thirsty at this food truck corner and took a chance at trying Tacos el Gordo. We were rewarded with delicious food, that is authentic in it's ingredients and range of flavors and texture. The food had spice that was flavorful but not volcanic, and just right. The food came out fresh and piping hot, the bread had the requisite soft consistency, and the meat was tender. We highly recommend the tortas and burritos. Judging by number of patrons that kept stopping by, this is a popular spot. We even took a second order to go. Thank you for restoring us with your...

Food was honestly good but leaving a 1 star review since the cashier gave himself a nice almost $7 tip without my approval. Should have been a giant red flag when he took my card did whatever he did on his phone and then said I was all good to go and didn’t need to sign anything since he used the chip. ID LEAVE IT ALONE IF I HADN’T ALSO LEFT A CASH TIP. If anyone else goes here after reading this make sure you get a receipt.

RESPONSE TO OWNER

I am a grown man and it was just my wife and I.. However, I’m assuming this happens quite often based on the response. Ill post an update if I actually receive a refund for the...

Guy running the counter was complete Bonehead. Be careful or he might forget your food. Then they charge you extra for sour cream for your quesadilla. But they day before when you get the quesadilla he won’t charge you for it….. recently went back to Moab and thought I would give these goofs another shot. The food was even more inconsistent then the last time I was in town. They weren’t busy and the food still took 30 mins to come out. They have a bad tendency of losing the reciept before it makes it to the cooks. All in all I took the one star away because these people are all still...

Passing through from the UK, needed something to keep us going between hikes of the canyons. The food was incredible and area really clean and tidy. I had 2 spicy pork, 1 chicken and 1 beef taco, all tasted different in a really good way, 4 was plenty but could eat 40 they were so good. Started eating but realised needed a pic as felt I had to leave a review.. get yourself some tacos!! Really friendly service and recommended some great choices.

Bomb, legit tacos from this little food truck. Loved the Al Pastor(aka spicy pork) and Carne Asada tacos. The shrimp ones were pretty good too but just not as great as the steak and pork ones. Their spicy salsa packs some serious heat, too. Service is solid, fast and well organized. Plenty of seating in the park bench style seating areas in the center quad surrounded by the food trucks.
