Panda Express — Restaurant in Mobile

This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been too. Today 10/03/2024, my family and I stop by to dine-in. When we walked up to the doors, they were locked at 4:30 in the afternoon. I thought was odd because it was a busy area. For the Employees to close the business on their own was outrageous. So one of the workers signal to us to go through the drive-thru and that’s when the nightmare began. The location had NO SIGNS anywhere saying they were short-staffed. Not on the locked doors…. Not on the windows. Not even in the drive-thru.. we literally got stuck in the drive-thru line from 4:37 PM TO 5:21. Literally just sat there. No one came on the speaker to say anything. Just Let 9 ppl sit there. Ppl started to back out and drive off. I, myself, had to jump the curb to get out of line. Long story short, if this location doesn’t have people to work, the location needs to close down. This was beyond an inconvenience. I am glad decided I went to go spend my $70 somewhere else. I would never come back to this location again. Corporate needs to step in to this location and stop worrying about a profit margin and worry about the customer actually coming to eat there. if I could, I would give this location...

i want to say i am currently pregnant and leaving this review with genuine concern, and the intentions to notify people that today, july 11 2022, Panda Express was serving undercooked food. i’m not entirely sure if they were just in a rush, not paying attention, having a rough day (i know one staff member left looking like she was crying…), etc…but their orange chicken was completely pink in the middle and not just one piece, it was several pieces. i genuinely think this is a problem, and needs to be looked into. it took them a very long time to prep the food and get everything together again, but still served people under cooked chicken which is extremely harmful. i hope anyone who came in today see’s this and seeks medical attention, mainly because food poisoning caused by undercooked chicken has a LOT of symptoms that can lead to bigger issues. i don’t know if anyones children ate it, i am assuming other food was undercooked due to the rushing as well, and i am praying no other pregnant woman got ahold of the food they handed me....

Disappointing Experience – Missing Basics and Mediocre Food

I placed a takeout order through the app back in March, but the experience stuck with me—especially after having much better Chinese food elsewhere tonight, which reminded me how subpar this place was.

Despite clearly requesting sauces (hot mustard, soy sauce, etc.) in the app, none were included in the bag—not even basic soy sauce. That oversight made much of the food practically inedible, especially the egg rolls. The food itself was mediocre at best, and when I called to ask if the sauces could be brought out (since I couldn’t leave work), I was told flatly, “No.”

Unfortunately, this reflects a larger problem with some fast food-style delivery places: they often ignore order details, assuming customers will just accept it. I won’t be ordering from here again. With so many excellent, authentic Chinese restaurants available, there’s no reason to settle for this kind of disappointing,...
