Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mobile

Got to the window & was told "go ahead with your order" & I did so but then just silence. I said "hello" 3 times, no response. A minute later the voice comes back (a bit annoyed) saying "you can go ahead with your order when you're ready." So again I repeated the order. Drove up to the window & paid with 1st guy, then was told to pull around to wait for the delivery. Sat in the parking lot for 30mins, then I finally pulled back through the lane up to the window to ask if I could receive my food. 2nd guy at the window was shocked I had waited 30 mins and hadnt gotten my order so he immediately went to make it, even came back to the window to confirm a couple details.

Still didn't get what I ordered & I was picking it up on the way home which is at least 20mins away - so if I had went back to get it, thats another hr my food is just sitting. After a 12hr shift on my feet working outside in 80+ degree weather, this was absolutely frustrating, to say the least. 2nd guy even said outloud to the other staff about how they had me waiting for 30 mins, 1st guy never came back to the window to address the situation or anything.

We arrived at a nearly empty restaurant with one family of 2 finishing up their meal. We sat there after placing our order for 46 minutes watching the restaurant lobby fill up with people waiting for food. No one in the restaurant was given food for 35 minutes then one person waiting and one door dash was served. Meanwhile bag after bag of food was flying out the drive thru window while the lobby was completely ignored. My husband was told they were short a person and they were working on orders from the lobby and the drive thru. That was a lie. No one in the lobby had been served for 35 minutes at that point. After that, the first order to the lobby finally came. He was shortly after that told his order was next. It was not. 2 more bags out the drive thru and the door dash order. Finally after 46 minutes we get our food. And the order was wrong. After he complained they gave him a voucher for a free taco. It took you 46 freaking minutes to make the last one! The service was not with a smile, but I’m usually nice and happy anyway, so that is this older lady’s issue—it did not affect me. However, THE TACO SALAD WAS NASTY! I ordered my taco salad with extra beef to get more beef than the usual 2 tablespoons or so. I shouldn’t have to be charged to get the amount the FAKE PICTURES show. Well....it seems they already had a cold taco salad prepared, because the LETTUCE WAS UNDER THE EXTRA BEEF I asked for. The lettuce goes on top! Limp lettuce under cold beef...yeah. And there was about 3 teaspoons of beans on the bottom. Everything was just thrown into the shell—nothing evenly layered...so I got to other parts of the salad and wished I had not eaten the other part(s) yet. I should have turned around when I saw no cars in the parking lot, and the only person at a table was an employee.
