Had a very poor experience in-store on 4/12/21 at 4:51 pm. I ordered two large entrees and had to wait because they were making more honey walnut shrimp. I paid for my order and stepped aside. I noticed after 5 minutes my order was ready, 3 employees were working the line. 1 was helping another customer, 1 was standing around assisting, the other was a cashier. The cashier who I already paid with was speaking for a few minutes to another customer. I kindly went up to the register and asked if I can just get my entrees as they're 1. Ready 2. Paid for 3. Just sitting there, the store itself was slow. The cashier, Lilliauna A. (Blue hair) gave me a dirty look and loudly responded "SO you don't want a bag?!?" I responded oh yes please I'll take a bag thank you. Lilliauna then responded "OMG" and proceeded with a dirty look. I paused and was taken back and confused. I then processed that this girl thinks I'm being rude. I responded to her excuse me? Maybe you misheard me but I respectfully responded to you and said please and thank you. She then handed me my food and proceeded again "omg such an attitude". I then responded to her that she is being overly sensitive as I never spoke disrespectful and walked out. In my life I have never experienced such a random attack. I notified corporate and they plan to address this directly. I am a strong lady and a compliance director of a company and know good customer service and kindness. I would hate for Lilliauna A. To ever do such a thing to a vulnerable less strong person as that could hurt a person and diminish character. She deserves to be written up at the LEAST. I will be sure to continue to follow up with corporate as to how the incident was handled. I do not plan to return to this...
Read morePanda Express has a problem. Recipes are great, specials are usually good, classics such as orange chicken are incomparable. But they are perpetually unprepared for crowds of customers. It should just be a matter of scoop-scoop-pay; but no its: wait in line, wait for the guy getting the sample, wait for new orange chicken to arrive at 12:15 (where did all these customers come from?), wait for the one scooper to scoop and wait to pay and then wait again for the soy sauce because it’s behind the counter. Maybe it’s a lean business, maybe it’s the online orders being prepared in the same place, maybe it’s maximizing shareholder value, but it’s not rocket science here folks. It’s Chinese fast food, and I guess I’ll keep going here because it is what it is on the day that I’m craving orange chicken and chow mein. But think of what it could be: it could be fast, it could be fresh, and it could be fantastic. But probably not...
Read moreMade a pick up order to have it available by 7:20PM. I get a text at 7:17PM stating my order is ready for pick up. I get there at 7:19PM and i was told there's a wait still. I'm waiting around for my order and there's people coming into the store, getting their plates while I'm waiting around for mine. The whole point of ordering online is to have the convenience of just going in and picking up at the stated time rather than waiting around. I wasn't able to get my food until 15 minutes after the stated time. Other customers waiting around as well that made pick up orders. Bad experience just to have the location have their metrics look well with corporate with making it seem like they complete...
