Down right disrespectful. I just ordered from this dominoes and keep in mind I’ve ordered from here before. I may have accidentally chose carry out when I meant to have it delivered. So I called them and had them change it for me. Anyways usually with most deliveries they won’t come to my house because it’s out of their “delivery zone” so I just did the address that pins the top of my driveway.(just in case they do show up at my address) I asked them not to knock at my door because I have family over and their kiddos are sleeping. I decided to drive up to the top of the driveway so that I don’t risk that from happening. The man I spoke to on the phone Tim, he delivered which was convenient because he’s the man I told strict directions to. He starts questioning me about my address, name and phone number. I understand if it’s protocol to make sure I live at the physical address he was delivering to. All said and done. I got my pizza. Went home went on with my night. You’d thought that’s how a pizza delivery is suppose to be done, right? Well no this man came to my house. Knocked on my door! The one thing I told him not to do and boom dogs are barking and there’s goes a silent night. He came back to make sure my phone number was valid! My phone number!!! Why is it any of his business? Why did he stalk me and come to find out my phone number and make sure my address was valid. I purchased this order through ‘guest’ my information does not matter! I do not want spam calls, I do not want to sign up for a dominoes account I just want my freakin pizza!! Horrible experience ever, I will never be ordering from this store ever again. Not as long as that Timothy man is working there. I’ve never ever had this happen to me from just...
Read moreI had to pick my dominos pizza order today and was kinda chaos and busy when i got there but what caught my attention was the young lady in the front cashier who did a great job handling the stress and provided an excellent customer service.
She said her name is Kahea. It's not easy dealing with people nowadays especially if some are not so pleasant sometimes due to circumstances too. But all I could say that she handled the situation soo well and she was able to acknowledge and follow up with everyones order who were waiting. In the middle of busyness and chaos around her she was still able to manage to stay calm, smile (which she has a beautiful smile!) and was able to show a pleasant attitude and treat everyone (customers and coworkers) with kindness, patience, and respect.
Excellent customer service always makes a difference. So thank you Kahea (in Dominos Monroe location) for working so hard, for your pleasant attitude and excellent customer service! Dominos is blessed to have you as their employee. Keep up your great attitude and I believe you'll go far in life.
Thank you Dominos too for the dinner and for all the hard...
Read moreWorst customer experience. Gave “Lacey” the cashier my Dominoe gift card for 20.00. Order came to 22. Something. She literally tossed the gift card back to me and said you have 17.something on your card....I was very nice saying the gift card was for the food, and I’m paying the difference. Just a side note.... I was doing this for a friend because he is disabled and can’t drive. I asked her for her name because her attitude made me super disappointed and kinda sad and upset. I told her I worked all day and wanted to get home myself. She totally ignored everything I had to say, stared straight ahead. Of course I’m wearing a mask, so I am wondering if she can’t hear me because of my mask. I work in the hospital, on the Covid floor....so I was honestly being genuine. She still ignored me, and then said, mam.....please put on your mask. Of course I put the other strap up and nicely ask for her manager. The manager came up, but did not resolve any issues...
