Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Moore

I ordered on line and Tracker advised me my pizza was boxed and ready for pickup at 6:18. I waited 10 minutes in line to get to the pickup window because of backup and waited 5 minutes at window for someone to ask me my name. My pizza couldn't be found and I was told it wasn't ready because they were so busy. I told the man who raised his voice to me that I received notification at 6:18 that pizza was ready. He searches for pizza and finally decides it was given to someone else. He said I can make you another and will be ready in 10 minutes. I said ok, I will park in front and someone can bring it to me. He said ok. 15 minutes later I called store and asked where my pizza was. The almost cold pizza was immediately brought out to me. I realize they were busy but obviously not organized as you could easily observe. And I was not the only one sitting and waiting for pizza. Very poor management. So I picked up my pizza that I was told was boxed and ready at 6:18 at 6:55. No excuse for this...

I ordered two sandwiches and I’ve ordered had 2 L Dr Pepper one of the sandwiches had peppers on it and I ordered without peppers but out of all my orders been correct so I’m not gonna complain that much the food is very hot when I get it and they’ve been great so I’m gonna go ahead and give them a five star and I’ve ordered today but if it’s not correct today I will give them a bad store but anytime I’ve had ordered from it’s been correct and the food is always hot so I’m going to go ahead and keep on ordering from them and they’re friendly and very courtesy that’s why I’m going to give them a five star so keep it up Domino’s great job until they do something drastic to me I will always order from them and I love their delivery because I’m one person that cannot get out and I like the convenience so keep it...

If I could give negative stars, I would. The manager on duty tonight was extremely rude, they messed up on my order, again. And she wouldn't come talk to us when we had to come back up there for the item they missed, because the managers comment was "well, I'm not going to drop everything for that." When they messed it up in the first place, and didn't double check before sending the order out. I love pizza, but I refuse to eat here again, or recommend it. Will be calling corporate in the morning. ANNNDDD they locked the doors 40 minutes before close. Just thought people should know. And avoid this. I work in restaurants, and would never treat my customers, especially loyal ones, the way myself, and family...
