Bojangles — Restaurant in Mooresville

Ordered two #1's (combo) with borounds, 2 cinnamon biscuits, 2 boberry biscuits. The items received were 2 cajun filet biscuits, 1 boround, 1 cinnamon biscuits, 1 bo berry biscuit.

When I questioned where my food was, they said I only ordered one boberry. The drive-thru menu only shows a choice of 2 and 6.

So they attempted to correct it and handed me another container. I started to leave and realized there was only one biscuit in the container. They again forgot the cinnamon biscuits. I parked and went in with my receipts and the food.

The manager (black shirt) said "You only ordered one boberry biscuit and I gave you one for free" I said "ok well what about my cinnamon one? I'm not trying to make this a big deal, I'll gladly pay for my "free" biscuit". Without looking at me (he seemed to be hiding) he filled a container with the missing biscuit and tossed it at me from behind the counter and just walked away without saying a word.

I walked out pretty mad at this point. I was never rude to anyone. Got in my car, and that's when I learned I didn't even receive one of the borounds to my combo. I drove off and called corporate. I am leaving this review so you know how they treat customers here.

They made a big deal out of one "free" biscuit that was a dollar, yet failed to address the rest of my missing food. I would have gladly paid for the biscuit, like I said, it's a dollar. But the way they tossed food at me and walked away is absolutely not ok. You don't treat people like that. They also kept the receipt. Luckily I still had the one...

I recently had the pleasure of using at Bojangles in Mooresville, NC for our very large wedding party and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff. The atmosphere was inviting and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

I ordered to go their famous Cajun Filet, country ham, Cheddar Bo, and Bo Berry Biscuits as well as their nee chocolate chip cookies and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the biscuits were light and fluffy.

The service was fast and efficient, and my to go order was ready on time as promised. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of food that I received. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at Bojangles in Mooresville and I will definitely be back again soon. I have frequented this location before with absolutely no issues. This morning I went through the drive thru enroute to work and asked for a military discount which I’ve done dozens of times. Robert who stated he was one of the managers said they no longer do military discount which is odd but fine. He then proceeds to tell me why he personally doesn’t agree with military discounts because it is a choice to serve your country and I should not be acknowledged for the choice I made. At 7 am this is not the conversation I want to be having and he obviously woke up in the wrong side of the bed. I later called to ask for the GM, Robert again answered the phone and told me to call back when he was available but refused to tell me when that would be before slamming the phone in my face.
