Manager at Target was extremely insensitive to blind/ visually impaired customer. First of all, items are priced one way on the floor but rings up extremely higher than sticker price that is listed. This is not a good place for visually impaired individuals to ship. Secondly, signage is confusing and the print is so small that it can not be seen by the visually impaired. Thirdly, my mother is visually impaired and she see that the sign said $20 in big numbers but could not see the words that described the item's brand. When I questioned the manager about the item, her response was "if [she] reads the sign it tells [her]. I told her my mom was visually impaired but the manager continued to repeat her remark. I told her that she was being insensitive because my mom is visually impaired and she can not read the small print. No campers that go to Camp Dogwood for the visually impaired should shop here until management can receive training on dealing with the blind customers. This was a HORRIBLE shopping experience for all 15 campers who went here to shop. I came in to get new tires for my Dodge Ram 1500 Truck, As soon as I approached the door, I was welcomed by one of their staff members and they asked me how my day was and what brought me in today and held the door for me, when I went In the building It felt very welcoming and they were super helpful, they have very low prices and price match other locations, you won't find a better deal anywhere else. When I was skeptical about getting new tires at the time they talked to me telling me why it's a good idea to go ahead and get it out the way and tested my tires and showed me my treads were worn out and I was a hairline into the red zone for not passing inspection. Awesome place in Mooresville, NC especially seeing as they are the home of Sushi @thelake II. One of our favorite places to eat. My daughter now has her favorite sushi roll thanks to the chef.
