My husband and myself went into Chili to grab a late lunch. We went in no wait was giving one menu and waited about 15 minutes for a waitress to come and take our drink order (Katie). No biggie we understand that there are some changes with how things are being done due to COVID-19. After Katie arrived at our table to get our drinks We asked for the bottomless chips and salsa. We then waited another 20 minutes for Katie to return with our drinks. At this time we gave her our order which was a burger and chicken crispers. During this time of us waiting on our food we ran out of chips and drinks again they were not busy. 2 couples and 1 large group came in after us and ordered. As we set there waiting Katie returned to our table to tell us the the “computer system” had a glitch. She then asked us what we had. We told her the burger and chicken crispers. She told us it would be right up. We said ok no problem. As we waited another 10 minutes she brought us a refill and another chip and salsa. We set there trying to not be upset but at this time we had been there for 45 minutes and still had not received our food. Then Katie came out the kitchen with one couple that came in after us with their food. Ok we thought ours was next. Nope then the manager Matt came out with the other couples food. At this point of time we had been there for an hour and we are starting to get upset but still didn’t say anything. My husband told me don’t worry we are next. So after an hour and 10 minutes Katie and Matt come out of the kitchen with food but guess what it wasn’t our it was the large groups food. So we decided that if we could not get a burger and chicken crispers within and hour and 10 minutes we didn’t need to stay any longer. At this point of time I am not sure if we will be returning to chili’s. We are very unhappy about this whole situation and never once did Katie or Matt apologize about anything. I hope this doesn’t happen to...
Read moreIf we didn’t have an Autistic person that only eats specific things we would never step foot in here again. Big mouth bites, how hard can it be? Bun, no toppings, burger and a tiny piece of cheese. We always have to check the burgers before we leave. For some reason the kitchen loves to man handle the slider buns because they’ve been mashed to death. The last go around there was no cheese and when we walked in to ask if they could out cheese on them the person in take out wanted to argue. She then just walked away and came back with a cup of cheese slices and said we could do it at home. Pictures posted to prove we aren’t joking. I’m so over this location.
I will continue to keep adding to my reviews because I keep trying them again every few months in hopes it will change. Last time I posted the salad but here are new pictures of the Salmon I just brought home. 12/1/23. Salmon is overcooked, dry and crispy, the broccoli is exactly what was in the order, I have not eaten any of it because there is black all over the pieces. The potatoes tasted like the broccoli smelled. I do believe the broccoli has gone bad.
For nearly $14 for a salad, it was sparse with ingredients. The lettuce was brown and some pieces were mushy from going bad. We unfortunately purchased two of the same salads which was the Sante Fe Crispy Chicken Salad but one without cilantro. Couldn’t even tell which salad was without because they didn’t mark it. Not sure why they used the containers they used to because it just makes what little they give for the inflated price look even more pitiful. Just so we could both eat, I took the two pitiful pieces of chicken off of one salad and ate them while combining both salads to make sure my spouse had a full meal. The last photo is what we were expecting or at least similar to their...
Read moreI called ahead to let the managers know I would be having my birthday dinner there and how many guests I was expecting. You'd think that with a large-ish party, you wouldn't put a green waitress on the group, yet that's exactly what happened. We had to fetch menus and silverware sets on our own for a few guests, had to ask for refills on obviously empty cups, and my friend's daughter was brought a cup of sweet tea with absolutely no ice. My boyfriend asked the waitress if he could get waffles added to his order of Chicken Crispers, and she said she would ask, and we specifically stated that we didn't care about there being a probable upcharge for them. She didn't ask the manager and come back to ask him if he still wanted the waffles until he was over halfway through his meal, so we refused... No point by that time. We split our bills and my friends and I were outside the restaurant, taking our time chatting and saying our goodbyes. The manager rushes out to us and says that there are still open items on the checks that haven't been paid... As if we were trying to skip out on the bill. My boyfriend is Federal Law Enforcement and I'm a nurse with Baptist Medical Center. To insinuate that we were trying to get anything over on anyone and then hang out to "get caught" is laughable. He refused to leave until we handed our debit card back to him to take back inside and settle the bill. My boyfriend was furious and we all made a point to tell the manager what horrible service we had all seen/had in separate experiences with the same waitress. We will not be back. When we lived in Mooresville, the Chili's was our favorite gathering spot, but now we will take our...
