This is easily the worst staffed Wendy’s I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. Good staff can make up for mediocre food when it comes to fast foods but somehow this location manages to be bad at both. Do not eat here. It’s not worth your time. Down the road is Chick-fil-A and despite the line being longer you will get your food faster than these “people” that work at this location. Your probability “thinking what could have happened that annoyed this guy so much” well allow me to regale my sad tale. I get off work and decided I will grab something on my way home so I pull up to the menu and and wait for them to ask my order, only they didn’t ask I sat there for a minute then finally said “hello?” To be greeted by “yeah you can order” so I do. Certainly rude but maybe the fault of a technician glitch. I pull around to the pickup window and hand them my card. The window shuts and I sit there watching her my credit card in one hand and her phone in the other which makes me uncomfortable but whatever I’m not going to make any accusations but it’s certainly not a good image. Anyway with the lightning reflexes of a sedated snail she hands me my drink (asked for no ice but with ice whatever) and my grease drenched bag of food. And I sit there waiting one again because I have yet to be handed my card back. An honest 30 seconds later she hands me my card after I sit and watched her stare down her phone and text. You’d think I’d be good to go but one again you’d be mistaken. She. Didn’t. Hand. Me. My. Receipt. So I sit there and watch her once again through the glass stare at her phone. Finally she noticed I was still there and greets me with the ever so warm “you got your food.” And shuts the window. Without any input from me. So I say to the shut window “I need my receipt” and I don’t think I will ever forget her face the amount of aggravation you’d think I had asked for the impossible. And with the worlds biggest eye roll and enough snark to make a teenager cringe she says “sorry for the misunderstanding sir” and with a flourish hands me my long awaited receipts. Read moreWent to this location today and tried to pick up my order through the drive through. They told me I had to come inside even though I was ordering more food. No big deal. I get out and go inside and literally nobody spoke to me except the sweet older lady standing at the counter. I wish I would have gotten her name. When I got home the fries were cold and they had a hair in them!! EWWW!!! I called and talked to the manager and she told me that I would have to take it up with Uber. She did offer a replacement but I told her I wasn't driving all the way back up there. She kind of caught an attitude and told me she didn't know how to help me since I couldn't come back and that it was busy so she needed to get off the phone. I just said never mind I just wanted you to know. The funny part is that this was the same manager that was in the office the entire time that I was there and only came out to bark orders at the staff stating that mobile orders that had more than one bag needed to all go into a bigger bag. There was plenty of staff there it wasn't like they were short staffed and the drink area should have been cleaned. When I went to make my own drinks for my order the freestyle soda machine was filthy with build up from soda over splash. I almost didn't even want to get drinks from the machine but if the machine in the front looked like that I didn't want to ask them to get my drinks from the back. We did end up filing a complaint through Uber and they were much more helpful, issuing me a full refund after receiving the pictures of the hair that was in our food. Read moreVery very poor service! The only reason I even gave 1 star was to post the poor experience my family had here at this particular location. They were Very rude taking order, very very slow at the window when paying for and getting food. It seemed very low staffed... although this didn't effect the service we were "provided". The person at the window that was taking the money did not have gloves on and the ones getting our food packaged all had gloves on. The boy that took our money instead of giving us our food and condiments requested and the condiments that are a requirement such as straws and even napkins went behind the workers through our order and took out our fries(all with his hands touching everything🤢) therefore by the time we got our food it was cold and nasty! Also this boy at the window without the gloves he had the worst attitude...his vibe was he didn't want to be there, very sloppy... everyone else wearing apron, hat, company shirts tucked in and he had nothing of this along with bare hands touching our food. I asked him politely before pulling off if we could please get the condiments requested and was looked at like I wasn't talking so I asked could we atleast get a straw for drinks....by the time I pulled away I felt so bad for the small children with me bc their food was cold and had been touched by his hands.
