Man oh Man! I am very pleased about the service I received from here last night. I ordered quite a bit of food because of all the coupons and they didn’t have the correct bread for the French dip so they weren’t serving them. I politely asked if they could just put it on a different bun and they did it without any problem. Even though they are short handed they still are giving amazing service. Thanks to the crew last night 10/01/23 for making my night and to be honest the sesame bun that I had for the French dip was actually better than the normal roll it comes on. Read moreOn a Saturday afternoon on August 26, 2017 I visited the Arby's restaurant around 1:27 PM only to have to repeat my order in the drive-through about six times for my order to still be wrong and to not receive Arby sauce that I asked for multiple times out of pure aggravation and frustration I just decided to just pay for it and leave. Not sure if it was due to poor equipment and equipment failure or just incompetence but I do know for a fact I will never return to this business the only reason I give you one star because it wouldn't let me do a review with zero I will not recommend this to anybody, also The food was poorly put togethe.

I work fast food so I understand but Lucas gave me nothing but Tone. I will always politely wait the time it takes for food, but he made it seem like it was such a hassle to do. We all have off days but this made me want to drive off to avoid any further poor customer service from this guy. Not a single word when I said thank you or have a good night.
