Arby's — Restaurant in Morehead City

Man oh Man! I am very pleased about the service I received from here last night. I ordered quite a bit of food because of all the coupons and they didn’t have the correct bread for the French dip so they weren’t serving them. I politely asked if they could just put it on a different bun and they did it without any problem. Even though they are short handed they still are giving amazing service. Thanks to the crew last night 10/01/23 for making my night and to be honest the sesame bun that I had for the French dip was actually better than the normal roll it comes on. On a Saturday afternoon on August 26, 2017 I visited the Arby's restaurant around 1:27 PM only to have to repeat my order in the drive-through about six times for my order to still be wrong and to not receive Arby sauce that I asked for multiple times out of pure aggravation and frustration I just decided to just pay for it and leave. Not sure if it was due to poor equipment and equipment failure or just incompetence but I do know for a fact I will never return to this business the only reason I give you one star because it wouldn't let me do a review with zero I will not recommend this to anybody, also The food was poorly put togethe.

Not from Morehead but came here because my job needed extra hands, have an hour drive back home and needed a pick me up. Went to arbys and the customer service was very poor. I work fast food so I understand but Lucas gave me nothing but Tone. I will always politely wait the time it takes for food, but he made it seem like it was such a hassle to do. We all have off days but this made me want to drive off to avoid any further poor customer service from this guy. Not a single word when I said thank you or have a good night. Just not a great first...
