Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Morristown

Well I live beside the lake in Morristown Tennessee. First let me say my experience is usually good. So let's talk about last night . I ordered pizza and wings. I know they are busy on Saturday night. So waited an hour and a half and called the store. .... He's on his way . The store is 2.8 miles away. 30 mins later my phone rings . Where do you live? Well you are about 300 feet past my drive way. I see your lights. My drive way is 1/4 long and makes a loop . My driveway is also called blank Rd. But the leaves are gone . I could see him. Turn around drive up the road to the east . I said stop right there that's my driveway over the hill . I'm in my socks walking in the gravels up my quarter mile driveway. So he turned around and drove past my driveway . So I had to walk my quarter mile drive way catch him and get my pizza walk it down my quarter mile driveway in my socks to go eat it I'm not posting this to be mean . I just want to see if anyone actually reads these.if they do I want them to understand I was really unhappy...

I placed an online order at 6:37 the email I received stated that my pizza would be delivered within 48 to 63 minutes.. normally I don't get upset over things of this nature but it took an hour and 37 minutes for my pizza to arrive. When the delivery person arrived at my home he only had half of my order and the half he had was not correct. I tried to call the store to report the problem actually calling 10 times in a 20-minute period and no one would answer the phone so I ended up having to drive to the store anyway to report the issue. Then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fix the order so I'm now looking at two and a half hours for a pizza. I had to get out and drive to the store anyway which is why I chose delivery to start with........ I was offered a 20 oz Dr pepper for my trouble... It is now 8:30 at night and I'm still sitting at the pizza place waiting for my dinner... So yes let's just say I'm a very...

I dont know what was going on at this dominos today on 10 11 20, but trying to order online for 30 plus mins, calling and being on hold for 10 mins before giving up and trying to order online again, finally getting an order placed that wasnt really what i wanted..( for some reason it will not take an order for pizza on the 5.99 deal), for 2 chicken alfredo pasta dishes... that was all... i would think that shouldnt take long... the order was started at 6:27 and est pickup time was 6:50 - 7:00. I arrived at 6.50 and waited in line 10 mins, and when i reached the window, was told there was still a 30 - 45 min wait on all orders... really? Why didnt the website tell me that? In fact why can't i order a pizza online?? So basically i wasted at least an hour or more , and got nothing at all for it..... i sure hope things change soon or alot of customers will go other places and buy their food... like...
