If I could give them a 0 I most definitely would!! Took my wedding set which my husband bought from them 4 years ago to get it welded together with a matching band he bought just a couple days before Christmas. I get my wedding set back and my diamonds are burnt!! And the employee there wanted to argue with me saying it was just the color of my diamonds! It was not I took pictures of my ring before dropping it off with them and I showed her the pictures of my ring and she then said let's go talk to the manager who then says yes they are burnt we will send them back to replace the diamonds. Okay so they send my ring back 3 weeks go by I go to pick up my ring those diamonds that were burnt were NOT replaced with the original diamonds that was in the set. And the band my husband just bought was also swapped out with a different band and put on my ring which did not match at all! I took the ring to several different jewelry stores to which they all said the real diamonds were taken out and replaced with fake stones of some sort also the prongs that held the diamonds in were a disaster! I went back to them and explained everything and the man just wanted to argue with me and tells me that they dont put the same diamond back in the ring just a similar one!! Him knowing it's not real cause he tested them right in front of me and it was not testing as a diamond! He then tells me that they can send it back but I'll be spending more money to fix it! Like what! Absolutely not I didn't ruin my ring yall did! I do not recommend this...

Rating one star only because of an interaction with one lady who works there. One of the employees came over to the play area across from the store to tell the parents there to have there kids stop screaming, and she was talking about my nephew. He is almost 2 and has autism and he screamed because he was having fun. I told the lady that that was very rude of her to alienate my sister and my nephew because he was screaming while he was playing as most kids do, and she told me that we should work on his inside voice with him, and after I explained to her that he was in therapy for it, and that we can't keep him locked in the house just because people don't want to hear him scream and told me that was what outside playgrounds were for. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. We reported her to the mall office lady, who was very apologetic and undstanding who told us that she would report her to her supervisor. I just hope the manager at the diamond gallery sees...

NO RETURN POLICY: although some will take advantage and buy jewerly then keep returning it over and over cutting there profit, which I do understand they have a policy stating you can exchange for equal value products and/or store credit, don't hold them to it!!! Bought a watch and exchanged it soon after for another to then realize they have HUGE prices!!! You WILL OVERPAY! Tried to make a exchange of lower price 4 days later to hear they will not do any more exchanges not even one! Must I state the watch was in spotless shape so they weren't gonna have someone walk away thinking it was used. Bad people to work with other than Cameron (the only American employee) he is a great guy and knows his stuff from long experience. Stay away unless you know 100% what you are looking at and don't talk to anyone other than Cameron for...
