Suvio's — Restaurant in Morristown

Googled a pizzeria while i was in morristown and this place came up. I walked in and everyone looked at me awkwardly. I said i wanted to place an order. I put the order in with a gentleman in the front but would not acknowledge me after i asked him twice if i should come back after 10 min. I walked out and returned after 20 min expecting my meal to be ready to go. I walk in and nothing is done. Woman at front counter asks me my order when guy i gave order to is standing right next to her. I recited my order out loud and they proceeded to make it. The lady at the front counter totaled my order and told me my total. I handed her my card and she asked if i have cash i told her i did not and she snatched the card out of my hand. I said out loud this woman seems clinically depressed. After waiting another 20 min for my food inside the shop i went to eat it with my family at the park. Pizza was horrible, toppings sucked, veal parm sandwich seemed old and the veal was tough to chew and bite into. Horrible place that fancies themselves as a local pizzeria but cannot get a simple order right and efficient. Authentic Italian NY pizza!! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Suvio's Pizzeria & Restaurant in Morristown, NJ, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Won’t order from here again. Ordered a ROUND Sicilian pie via Uber eats. All over the notes I said “round Sicilian and pepperoni on half, the other half plain “. To be clear, we have ordered round Sicilian from them twice before. It got delivered as square Sicilian and pepperoni on the whole pie. The receipt that came with the delivery clearly shows my notes/rewuests. When I called they were SO rude and said “I don’t know what to tell you. We didn’t have round Sicilian tonight”, then hung up on me!! They hung up because I questioned why they wouldn’t call me to tell me ahead of time? And even if they didn’t have my number, what do they mean “they didn’t have a round pie tonight”…. I ordered a pie from scratch?! Why couldn’t they make it? They also put pepperoni on the whole thing. They were so extremely rude and terrible service. I am on the other side of town entirely and went out of my way to order from this spot.
