Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I have gone in there previously (inside) and stood at the counter for a good minute before someone even acknowledged me. Probably a couple of times. This morning I go in and we wanted coolattas, their machine was leaking so she apologized. Then I said okay then I just want a Boston cream donut...sorry but our baker didn't make any this morning...all I could say was wow and drive off. I would figure Boston creme was pretty popular. But besides that I went there and wasn't able to leave with anything I wanted.

Update: gave another try this morning (10/17) and I saw that most people were working hard, two women were talking, one not in uniform, and they were in the way and the one in uniform really should have been working since it was so busy. That same woman ended up making my 2 drinks. She ended up not making enough to fill both drinks all the way so she poured some of my small drink into the large to even it out. Now I'm left with a short drink. I hope she knows why I had the look on my face that I did. I didn't say anything to her about it because I figure she knows and I couldn't really expect more considering I know how bad...

Went there 10 minutes ago and walked to the register with a girl standing there at the register, on her phone and she said inside was closed that I had to go through drive through. One person ahead of me go to order my food and she tells me Dunkin’ Donuts does not sell ham anymore in their sandwiches. Order bacon instead and then I go to add bacon snack on to my order and no one answers. Then I’m told to drive forward. Get to the window and try to add only to be told I have to go back around into the drive through again. There was only one car behind me - not busy at all. Go back around she then tells me to be patient as there are only 3 employees. There is no one in front of me and I order the Bacon snack. I pull to the window get my COLD bacon snack pay and I say thank you and she just shuts the window to carry on her conversation. So I tell her to have a nice day. No one in front or behind me. You can say there is a shortage in employees all you want but that is just plain lazy employees and very rude employees. I will not go back to...

I went in this morning for a sandwich and tea. I used the kiosk because the young lady was getting donuts for another customer and didn’t seem to be in a good mood. Him and I were the only two in the store at the time. She made my sandwich didn’t tell me it was ready and put it on the rack. I asked her if I could get my tea as she fiddled with the cash register. Her response was I’m trying to fix this ( the receipt paper on the register) I didn’t need a receipt I used the Kiosk so why did I have to wait? So I asked the gentleman at the drive through but he was getting slammed with cars. So finally she came over to where I was standing slammed my Tea down and walked away. My only question was can I have my tea please. I asked for a refund I will not spend my money in a place that allows the employees to be so disrespectful to customers. The gentleman at the drive in is always friendly and professional to bad his coworker running...
