Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

This Jimmy John's is very bad. The sandwiches are actually decent but there is no possible way this location will survive without some serious changes. Like many of the reviews I live 2 miles away and they will not deliver and actually recommend calling other stores. The staff is clueless and really makes you appreciate spending your money at Chick Fil A and other establishments that are willing to work hard and provide quality service to earn your business.

Upon this response I immediately decided to go to Firehouse to pick up sandwiches for my family. Jimmy John's is over priced, they do not have a great chip selection and have a horrible location. The only reason to order from them is delivery and I am not sure where this store will actually deliver to. If they will not deliver to the Old Village I cannot think of many neighborhoods any closer.

I am went to school in Columbia and was very excited to see Jimmy John's coming to Mt. Pleasant. It has been interesting to watch and see the difference...

First off I’m not the type to complain about a long wait for food. I always understand reasons beyond my control and accept that we’re human. I ordered a sub from DoorDash and my order might have been dropped off at the wrong door, or picked up from my door. I don’t like to think it was snatched up but like to believe it was a mistake dropping it off. I called the store to ask where it was to which I was told it should be there and it wasn’t. I walked the hallway of the hotel to see if it was at the wrong door to which it wasn’t. Without hesitation they offered to make a new one and send out as soon as they can, and even threw in a free cookie. Most people complain if their food takes just a bit longer or even the smallest upsets happen, but I’m happy the store made it right and even delivered after hours. I appreciate y’all making it...

Food was good, but the 1 staff member that took my order and money was the rudest individual that I have dealt with in aling time. Ordered thru the drive through, first thing she says was you need to wait a minute. Ok, no problem , simple order 3 cookies, 2 vinegar chips a #4 no tomatoes and a number 9. Repeated order 3 times. Got to the window, she slams the window open and just stairs at me. Doesn't give me the total, but I'm trying just to get dinner and get home, so I hand her my card, she snatches it from me, shuts the window not saying 1 word. 5 minutes later she shoves a bag at me , I had to ask for my card, and she never says 1 word. IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK , THEN SHE SHOULDN'T BE THERE. Won't go...
