I just moved to Wisconsin and started coming to this location often. I went in on July 23rd getting my usual chicken bowl. Made it home and ate about 5 spoons and started throwing up and using the bathroom. When I was able to get off the toilet I called to speak to management to tell them the situation and to let her know I would like a refund. She put me on hold. 7 minutes later I hang up the phone because in that time frame I could have been to the store. So I gathered the food and my receipt and drive to the store. Wait patiently in line and finally gets to the front and continue to explain again the situation and was told I don't know what you want me to do about it. I said I would like a refund. This food made me sick. I had the food with me (full bowl) and proof of payment even though I just left the store maybe 20 minutes ago. Looked me dead in the face and told me I don't know what you want me to do about it. I can't give you a refund. After maybe 15 minutes I asked to speak to another manager. I'm the only one here. And she walks to the back completely ignoring me asking for a corporate number. I then sit down at the restaurant and start to Google and nothing far as a number I can call pops up. I get up after maybe 15 minutes and ask another employee for the corporate number. By this time I said maybe I should start recording what's going on because I'm in disbelief of how they're handling this situation. When my husband arrived to pickup the order that I placed they asked him for a name as I'm on the phone with him and I stated to him to tell them that the app didn't ask me for a name so I gave him my number and again he stated he needed a name so then he would give him the food. Like really 😒 come on! So I asked him how did it look in there he said better then the last time but then he sends me this pic. And I almost fell out of my chair! Not only did no one making the food or cooking the food ( NOT TO MENTION THE COOKS HAD DREADLOCKS) only 1 had a hair net on and NOBODY HAD A MASK ON! I MEAN SERIOUSLY NO MASKS! I have no idea who iz running this Qdoba location but this is my 2nd time coming to this location under new management cause I know it's not the same person from a few years back and it will be my last not to mention I'm not touching that food so that was 25 bucks down the drain! I work in the medical field I have to take care of patients everyday and when I do I put on the proper PPE to not only protect myself but also protect my patients just in case I'm infected and unaware vis-versa. And I believe that right now in today society with this variants going around I would believe that restaurants would be aware that society isn't tested on a daily basis and some people are symptomatic so there is a possibility that others don't have symptoms. Most times I go, you're waiting whether you order online or in person because the establishment doesn't know how to work online orders and in store orders. My friend and I stood in line and when we finally get up to place our order, we're stopped and told to hang on so she could fill several online orders. These orders ALL used white rice, so when she's done, she tells us oh, we're out of white rice. So the several online orders were filled and now we don't get our lunch because you're now out of white rice. She didn't know how long it was going to take? Ok, so you're in the middle of lunch and are out of a common staple. This place just doesn't know how to manage things well at all. I was ready to give up on the place last year and was told to try again, it would be better. Nope. I will just travel the extra distance to chipolte. My online order is always ready and when I walk in to place an order, they don't tell me to hang on so they can handle online orders and make me stand there and wait as the line continues backup...
