La Familia Taqueria — Restaurant in Mountain View

I think the Quality and Presentation of this Restaurant...a small Humble Family-run Mexican food truck in Mountain View is A-grade. The food is High Quality prepared nicely and appealingly with tasty fresh ingredients. The menu is simple and satisfying. They have a good system with plates and chips and salsa and napkins and a cozy outdoor siting area. The Service is Positive Good and Competent. Even the Food Truck has some good quality graphic design pics on the Truck of a Spanish type House and garden. They are located Currently at a gas station across Eagle Park and it is Portable and I heard "La Familia Tacqueria" are available to be hired as a Vendor for catering and events....weddings and even local school events.

My wife got me out of our Work Environment and took me here 2 or 3 times? in the past Several Months starting I think last November or December? for a quick lunch break meal...Which I Felt Overal was like a good Warm Peaceful change from what I feel is our increasingly Stressful workplace......I was Surprised right away initially at the level of Quality in the Food and Service and Presentation....Especially as I had not eaten there Before the first time I went with my Wife...which I can't pinpoint the Exact Date. LOL! It was sometime in November or December 2024 I believe...LOL!!! Awwww! :) If I Can visit here More Often in the coming months as of early 2025 I would like to try other menu options like maybe a Fish Taco or other menu items Sure...They also have a sensible limited drink menu with a few basic sodas and some Mexican fruit drinks and I believe they sell water bottles? My wife was also complimentary and her immediate impression of the Food Presentation and Dine-In experience was also Favorable...

I had always loved the food from La Familia Taqueria so when we were deciding on a caterer for our wedding they were our first choice, and in the end the best choice. They were quick to respond to our messages and well priced. They arrived exactly on time and had the food set up before the guests arrived. The food was absolutely fantastic and had all of our guests asking where it was from. After everyone had finished eating there was still plenty of food to take home. We are very happy with our choice and would choose them again for any event.

We definitely recommend the veggie Alfredo, it was the favorite...

I've been to pretty much every taqueria and truck in a 5 mile radius and these guys are definitely in the top 10%! Tacos were good, and came with carrots, radishes, a pepper on the side and they have some small bags of chips.

There is some seating & tables there, but you might as well grab your food and walk across the street to Eagle or Pioneer Park where there are some picnic...
