Sana'a Cafe — Restaurant in Mountain View

I've been here before with great service and coffee. This last time, I had a run in with the most hostile barista I've ever experienced. She got my order wrong (decaf oat latte made as decaf latte). When I brought the drink back she angrily blamed me for telling her the wrong order and grudgingly agreed to make the correct drink. I sat waiting but she never called me up or let me know it was ready. I eventually came up and ask if it was coming soon. She pointed to a cup on the counter. I asked why she didn't let me know it was ready. She looked me in the eyes with this look of hatred and a smile on her face and told me she called me up. I had been listening intently for some indication that my order was ready, and she had absolutely not done this. I was pretty creeped out by this person, took my drink. I told her I would alert her manager the next time I saw the manager and she rolled her eyes at me and said "Thank you, ma'am, goodbye ma'am." Horrifying experience I will never forget. She was working with this shyer girl who seemed to be new. I tasted the drink but it wasn't great like it normally is and I was worried she spit in it, so tossed it as soon as I left. Will not be back till this person is gone. When she's gone, I'll remove...

I love this place so much. People are lovely and food/drink is always great. Wish they had wifi! But...
