Went to the new Starbucks on River rock Blvd in Murfreesboro to get a couple of drinks for my wife and myself. I ordered a Carmel crunch Frappuccino and a ice red eye (coffee with addshot ) When I got to the window I pulled out my wife’s rewards card and asked the woman at the window to load the card with the cash I had in my hand. She then rolled her eyes after I handed her the money. That was really uncalled for . I was taken back brings everyone at Starbucks has always been so friendly. After I received my drinks I drove home. Needless to say there was nothing sweet in my Carmel crunch Frappuccino. After receiving the eye roll for a basic transaction, I didn’t go back to inquire about my order. Sometimes my drink of choice has been made incorrectly. And I know it’s only because there’s no listing for an ice redeye in your system so it basically has to be stated like an iced coffee no classic sugar-free vanilla and half-and-half. That sometimes is to be expected. Since it is a complicated drinking all. However a Frappuccino with zero sugar and no flavor either is a little odd. I own a commercial business and I deal with customers daily and to some degree I understand. But it does seem that when I go to this store specifically there has been complications. My wife once waited 25 minutes in the drive through with only two cars ahead of her. Another time the girl taking orders seemingly wasn’t trained and had to ask for help a lot during the two drink order. I realize this is a new location. But perhaps consumers like myself do tend to think that Starbucks has been around long enough with such great reputation, it’s implied that the basic knowledge and customer service would be Implemented.
Unfortunately there’s not that many Starbucks here in Murphysboro Tennessee. So my options for a local store are limited. And it is slightly inconvenient to have to avoid this location to receive the order and the service that Has been a normal occurrence at any...

Moreover, the entire team exuded friendliness and positivity, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel appreciated as a customer. Whether it was assisting with orders or engaging in friendly conversation, everyone went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable.
Overall, my experience at this Murfreesboro Starbucks was truly outstanding, thanks to Kennedy. Her professionalism, speed, and genuine hospitality set the standard for excellent service. I look forward to returning soon and enjoying another delightful experience at this establishment. Read moreI don’t recommend this location unless you have a simple drink order, no substitutions or changes.
I have been going to this location for a couple of months since it is closer to me than the other locations, and any time they got my order wrong I figured it was just hiccups while starting this new location. But I’m tired of being patient— I normally order an iced decaf americano with almond milk. Sometimes I (attempt to) get it blended. Most of the time they forget to make it decaf, sometimes I get regular milk, and today when I got my drink blended, it was extremely runny with barely any ice (even though I begrudgingly allowed them to do 1 pump base “since it helps the ice blend better”). I told the barista it was way too runny, and she took the drink back and just told me the order was correct. After I looked at her and back at the drink, she asked if I wanted more ice/to remake it. Because there was a super long line behind me and I was already running late for work, I just took the drink. She just said “okay” and walked away, and it was so abrupt I thought she was getting me something, but I guess that was the end of our transaction.
I try to be super understanding and nice because I totally understand that we’re all human and make mistakes. I guess this was just the last straw today. I will say this about this location— I am usually greeted with very friendly staff. But even the nicest smiles and gestures still get old after consistently...
