I am an avid daily Starbucks Coffee drinker and never have had an issue drinking from any other Starbucks except this particular one. After recently moving from Florida, I was happy to find a Starbucks so close to me. However, my happiness has been short lived. I have gone to this Starbucks on 3 separate occassions. And after about an hour goes by on all 3 occasions I have gotten cramps and have gotten "sick" from it. The first time I thought maybe it was me and I have just been under a lot of stress from moving and what not. Then the second time it happened I started to realize it has to be this Starbucks and sure enough I went there earlier today and it happened again! The health board really needs to visit this place an inspect what is going on. Either they are not cleaning their machines, the fridge is not cold enough, or they are leaving the milk/cream out and it is going bad. This has only happened to me at this Starbucks so...
Read moreFeels like a waiting room at a Doctors office. I knew when I stepped in getting my mobile in a reasonable amount of time would be hopeless. I understand if it’s a busier time of the day (it was moderate), but the sheer lack of service nor attention to customers present was startling. One Barista with green hair, spent more time practicing calligraphy with a sharpie writing names and notes on orders then literally anything else. The same barista, 15 minutes after my quoted pickup time, began to audibly joke at my order to her coworkers “because it’s basically black coffee”. I said nothing to them the entire time and patiently waited for my order, so thought I should take an extra minute to narrate my horrible experience. Getting a coffee shouldn’t be a 30 minute process, and I shouldn’t see multiple orders being placed and fulfilled in store, and the drive...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly for the last few weeks. I usually have a great experience when the very sweet/cheerful girls (not sure their names, but they are blonde haired, and the morning drive thru crew) are working. Today I went inside to place my order and I stood at the front counter (I was the only one in the store) for over 5-6 minutes and decided to leave. A worker named Jess looked my direction once, rolled her eyes, and continued working. I understand if they are busy trying to get drive thru drinks, but she could have smiled and said “hang on one moment” or “welcome in”. Anything. But not one person looked up, not one said hello, and they all looked angry to be working or annoyed that I was there. Not a pleasant experience at all today. I even said “never mind, thank you” as I was leaving and still not one person...
