Starbucks — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Starbucks is great. The service was not. Javier so so rude to my 10 year old neice. She went to order her own drink and cake pop. “We don’t have those” no sorry no nothing. I asked for another option. He said if you don’t see it we don’t have it. The drink came out without a sticker on it so I confirmed the order. He took the drink turned around and I guess went and fixed it sat it on the counter and said not a word. Javier has the worst customer service. This happen on 5/7 around 330 pm. The sad part is that all the employee were allowing him to treat us like this… it’s sad. And honestly I won’t come back...

While going inside to get my order from my daughter I noticed the eggs weren’t toasted to an almost burnt state, I don’t eat them any other way. I talked to the manager after I saw they were still white and she said “I can’t accept those eggs” and that she wouldn’t toast them. I said I wouldn’t eat them, I spend $5 almost $6 on eggs I can’t eat. She said throw them away if I want and I did. The barista was very rude and I usually never complain, she made all our drinks badly, my friend asked for sweet cream she didn’t even add it (she did charge it) and some people ordered a strawberry açaí and a dragonfruit refresher and they just tasted like water. I also ordered a mocha frape, it had no cookie crumble at all and was completely melted. She dosnt know how to do her job, is rude, and is making this store and company lose customers and money.
