Wendy's — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Don't go here. Stay away. Public safety at risk. Went through the drive thru today at Wendy's on Old Fort and ordered. My wife ordered a Coca Cola to drink and as we were driving away, she said it tasted funny. I tasted it also and agreed that it tasted weird. But! It's fast food, not fine dining... So we accepted that it just tasted a little funny and proceeded home. As I placed the drinks down on our coffee table, I looked down at the drinks and I could tell that there was something in one of them (The coke. I ordered Dr. Pepper). I popped the lid off and there's a wadded up piece of foil or maybe a hamburger wrap thing inside the drink floating with the ice. We were pretty upset and returned to the store, where we received no apologies from any of the staff including the manager. They acted like we were inconveniencing them... They remade our food for us because it was cold by now, and my wife told them flat out "I don't want another one of your drinks." I'm just left trying to figure out one thing. If this trash wasn't in our drink on purpose... Where did the cup come from? I noticed that the new cups are upside down in a stack when I walked back in. A piece of trash can't exactly stay inside and upside down cup. So it was either put in our cup on purpose. Or the cup was just not in the new cup stack and had trash in it. So what other trash was in the cup? What all did we ingest? Thank you Wendy's, for creating this mystery. I will never return to...

When to wendys about 12. Dt was wrapped around the building with no cars parked. Then I seen someone walked into the restaurant so I decided to try to go I side vs waiting longer (already waited 20 mins in dt) when I got to the counter the guy I front of me waited for 5 mins. Then finally got his order taken. The non personable older lady then told me she can't take my order cause she was told not to take any more orders!!!!

What?! So I waited for 20 mins in dt line (which orders were still being taken) and now I'm waited next in line but they refuse to take my order. Then the lady told me that I was lucky they were even opened. Really!! Guess no one ever told her that the customers pay her salary.

By now there was a line to the door in the lobby not including the people that left already. I waited over 40 mins to get a salad.

This was ridiculous. I have an hour lunch break that was literally driving there waiting for 40 mins and driving back. The worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant.

Lack of customer service was beyond believable. Just walking around saying how lucky we as customers were that they were even open. We all could have gone anywhere.

No in saying this there were 5 works that I seen and 2 kids back there getting food (like maybe 7 and 10). If it was just an understaffed issue I wouldn't have said anything. I don't mind waiting for fresh food but the service and smart comments were...

My family and I had dinner here this evening and it was far from even average. We arrived a little after 8pm, so it was pretty slow inside the the lobby and dining area. There was 1 other family dining in when we arrived. The girl behind the counter was friendly and waited on us promptly after walking up but, The place was a DISASTER. Every single table was dirty, so we had to ask the staff to wipe down a table for us after we ordered. The soda machine did not have ice, so we had to take our cups to the counter to get filled. The soda machine spit out everything really watered down. We tried a number of different choices from the machine and it was disgusting. Besides every single table being dirty with an empty dining area, the floors were covered with trash and old food. the trash cans were over flowing. The supply counter to get condiments and utensils was covered in trash and crumbs. Trays were stacked up on the trash cans with food all over them. The soda machine was covered with old spewed soda that needed to be wiped down. Overall, the manager really needs to learn how to delegate cleaning tasks and/or help with the cleaning tasks. As we ate, I had a clear view of the counter and anyone who wasn't working drive thru was just standing around talking, including the manager.
