We are in for a weekend and staying at the nearby Marriott Dunes and wanted a healthy lunch. Being vegetarian and Pescatarian my wife and I like to try places off the beaten path. We were pleasantly surprised who amazing Kindbelly Cafe is. The staff and new owner are nice kind people and you can tell when you bite into their amazing dishes. I ordered the Tuna Poke bowl. It’s nicely served on a fresh bed of kale and the sauce, avocado, kale and quinoa are very nice together! My wife had the Good Goddess wrap with tofu and it was well prepared and absolutely 💯! The out door seating area is all recently added onto and has a great vibe together with a nice breeze. I also got the Flying Purple Peter Eater smooth. I never had anything like it and hooked. Highly recommending Kindbelly …they don’t disappoint your belly!

So good!! We ordered the Chicken Sammie, which is deliciously seasoned chopped chicken with avocado on toasted multigrain. And the chicken salad was a generous portion on a bed of fresh salad and grape tomatoes. We had one of their acai bowls, it had sliced banana, peanut butter, honey, granola. All generous servings, and the flavors are fresh and unique. They also serve espresso drinks along with a variety of cold drinks. The owner is a delightful lady with roots from Albania. Her whole family runs the place. Order at the counter, and the food is brought to your table. There are several tables inside and many more tables on their beautiful shaded patio. Delicious food that is good for you , served in a beautiful, casual setting. Plenty of parking. And be sure to ask the owner about her cute grandbaby!!

Kind Belly Cafe was a great lunch spot near the Myrtle Beach outlets and tucked off of the main strip. I really appreciated their outdoor dining space as an escape from the craziness on the main drag. My wife got the All The Beans burrito and substituted vegan cheese. She loved it. She did wish it had been served with some salsa, but we used Frank's and that did the trick. I got the Buffalo Soldier with no blue cheese and no ranch. I added tofu for some protein. The chopped salad in the wrap was delicious! It was crunchy and fresh. The wrap was nicely filled and the meal was very satiating. We both said we'd go back. We loved the ambiance and the food was tasty. I do wish there were more naturally vegan options but they were very accommodating to make something work.

Fresh! High quality! Organic! Non-GMO! Family owned & mindful eats! We have been here every single day this week, sometimes multiple times a day because it's THAT good! We are so glad we found this little gem that holds the same values in what we put into our bodies, and incredibly tasty (see my 50 mouthwatering pics of the different dishes we have tried!)! We initially went for breakfast, and the portion sizes are perfect, the ingredients are high-quality, and the taste reflects that! Each item we have tried has been yummy & some dishes we've had as repeat items, and are fully customizable for maximum happy feels when enjoying your meal. From healthily comforting breakfast, to nutritious lunches, and snacks like Açai Bowls & smoothies, and finishing sweets like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, we keep coming back for more! We are here for awhile, and cannot wait to chomp our way through this amazing menu, all while sipping on the deliciously refreshing (& complimentary!) cucumber water. There is good variety with classic favorites for comfort, but with the nutritious level kicked up a notch than how your momma used to make it. The food is clean, fresh, and deliciously high-quality. Scroll through all the photos I've posted to see the mouth-watering goodness, it has honestly all been phenomenal. Even back home in our city, we don't have a favorite spot like this, and when we have to leave we will miss Kindbelly dearly. Kindbelly has quickly become a staple & a favorite, I wish they didn't close before dinner, or we'd be back a third time in a day for more! Yes, it is THAT good! Seriously, go here, make good healthy & delicious choices of what you put in your mouth-hole and get some noms! It's ALL good & the staff has been personable, and...

As someone who is gluten sensitive, it was surprising at a place like this wasn't very informational about what was and wasn't GF friendly. I saw the advisory about allergens, but really? No GF menu? No "here's what's safe and/or substitutes" - thankfully I have mild reactions and not CD, but having a name like Kindbelly and promoting all this healthy eating, I guess I had higher expectations, especially having gone to a BBQ place that had very clear GF menus on display and even asked if I had allergies so they could prep my food safely. Also, this middle aged counter woman was the sourest person I've seen work a counter. She didn't even ask if I wanted a drink and when I said water please she just looked at me as if I was crazy and then never indicated where or how to obtain my water. Like maybe you're miserable, so am I walking around with a nasty cold and drugged up making my stomach sick. At least don't make me feel like I'm a total burden on you. Haven't tried the food yet, but it has to impress me beyond belief to change my mind...
