This quaint little brasilian place is a buffet style/self serve one stop for home cooked food. They have the basics in latino culture- the rice, beans; which are delicious, but also include a variety that changes daily. There is a little bit of a language barrier the first time of you donât speak English, but you can ask the nice owner and she will do her best to explain.
They donât quite have a set menu because as mentioned previously, the varieties change from day to day for the main course, this is common in this type of brasilian restaurant.
You can weigh your plate with the servings youâd like once, sit down and eat in (this one is weighed and paid for before sitting down). The other popular option is you can try several options, and fill your plate more then once for one price (this one you pay for after eating). And of course the take out option.
In contrary to the previous post, this food is indeed delicious and can be comfort food for many. It is certainly not a five star restaurant, but itâs not supposed to be.
If you have a chance while visiting I recommend stopping to...
Read moreI stepped into this coffee shop seeking a cup of coffee. Then I noticed their layout of food that looked delicious. When I asked how much a plate of food would be there was some initial confusion because they didn't speak English however this smart woman whipped out her phone and we were able to communicate through translation. I told her I didn't have enough money for the food and with no hesitation she told me I could have it for free while heaping food into a container. I have not experienced this level of kindness and generosity in a long time.I told her I would tell others about this so that's what I'm doing now. I plan on going back to her with the money for the wonderful food.Thank you so much ladies for the hard work and sacrifice for serving...
