High recommend Mr.Fries when it’s comes down to funnel cake! The chili cheese fries I wasn’t so gung-ho about but that’s a personal preference of course. The service though. Probably the best you’ll get on the strip. I feel that the place is family owned, which is a bonus for me, they all worked very well together and they were so nice. One lady was very rude to the cook because he couldn’t understand what she was asking for. He didn’t deserve that rudeness, he was very nice and really tried to make sense of what he heard. Anyways, definitely recommend making a pit stop here!

We stopped at Mr. Fries, looking for a cold and flavor drink. Our drinks were served fresh, fruity, delicious and it was made with perfection. This employee really took his time to craft our drinks, you can see that this young man really takes pride in his work. This employee was helpful, knowledgeable about the drinks, and friendly. We did not have a chance to get something to eat from her, but we will be back, the food on the menu looks tasty.

Stay clear of this place!! Hole in the ceiling with water dripping all over floor right in the center!! Hidden charges. Asked for a receipt to find 3 separate “fees” credit card fee (4%), taxes(12%), and according to workers another credit card fee called a “dual pricing adjustment, ANOTHER 4% ”. Ridiculous!! I regret tipping upfront but really wouldn’t recommend this place. They also dropped my food on the table and then served it to me anyway.

My family was excited to try this place but when we arrived some of my family members got irritated at the fact that no one was at the register to take our order so some didn't want anything to eat. When I did see someone to take the order I went up to the counter and greeted the man and he completely and deliberately ignored me for AWHILE and then asked me what I wanted. I told him my order and again he continued to deliberately ignore me and finally answered to my order.

I ordered just fries and a hot dog and was disappointed, the fries looked seasoned and delicious in the pictures but it was just salt on them and then the hot dog was average, I wanted to also get a funnel cake from one of the other vendors in the store but I was just disappointed with the interaction that I didn't get the funnel cake and me and my family headed back to the hotel, this...

This place was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in customer service. Upon entering we were not even acknowledged. We had to ask to be waited on. There were 2 guys behind the counter on their cellphones and did not want to service us. After placing our order for icecream, he reluctantly served us, slapped the ice cream in the cups then sat it on a counter behind him and started looking for spoons and filling the spoon dispenser while waiting to be handed the icecream. When checking out at the register he said he couldn’t change a 20.00 bill and do you have a card. We only had cash on us he finally opened the register and gave the change he said he didn’t have. Decided to stop here after doing some of the ripleys activities with the family and boy are we happy we did. First off, the prices are fair for the area but the highlight is both the food itself. We have some picky eaters but they devoured their burgers, hot dogs and fries. My wife and I got hot subs which were equally as delicious. We ordered the crazy fries and initially they made the wrong kind of fries but decided to not only give us the made fries for free but also make a fresh order of our crazy fries like we had ordered.
