NY pizza kitchen Sky Wheel — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

My caravan of 10 people had strolled into these seemingly savory restaurant hoping to satisfy our hunger. Boy we're we wrong. After telling our waitress REPEATEDLY that we needed to be in a hurry thus implying a fast quick and go dinner, our food proceeded to take 30 mins. While we were ordering she had no idea of what type of food was on the menu, my brother asked to order the chili dog she then asked him if he wanted the hot dog basket to which he replied, "No. I want the chili dog please." She told him that she had gotten it down but seemed a little unsure of herself, but we had reassured her that the chili dog (with chili on a hot dog) was on the menu. Even going so far as to showing her it's placement on the actual menu. That should've been the first clue. It was a domino effect as things got drastically worse. I ordered the ceasar salad w shrimp and asked me what type of dressing I wanted. What other type of dressing goes on a Caesar salad?? She then came back 10 minutes later to tel me that there was no more shrimp and she forgot what type of dressing I previously asked for. When the drinks arrived everything seemed dandy but then 5 minutes later we were told there was no more coke! I mean come on there are coke cups, coke signs, coke clocks, and coke pictures but NO there was no edible god damn coke! We were getting more and more frustrated and her capability to actually do her job. When she brought the food it was in waves. So not everyone was eating at the same time. Not to mention the fact that after previously stating at least 4 times that the chili goes on the hot dog, the waitress brought a bland hot dog and then some fries with chili on them! Chili fries! And then another person at the table didn't even get her fries! So many screw ups in so little time. When the bill finally arrived, there were multiple overcharges such as the shrimp ceased salsd (an extra $3) and an extra $3 drink, as well as the extra fries. Thankfully someone found the mistake and gave it back. Mediocre food with high prices, incompentent waitresses and slow service even with practically no one in the restaurant. They give themselves their own tip!! They don't let you see a receipt with what you ordered. Very sketches and I will watch the account charges to see if they add money.

They are so rude they don't even come over to you to see if you need anything and ask you how your food is. They just sit and look at their phone with the little earbuds staring at the phone . I had to get up and get my own napkins. I had to get up and get my own refill. And when I asked for refill she said open it as I was holding my cup and then I said thank you and then nothing just a complete ignore. Years ago, several years in a row, when it was white people it was a five star last year 2 star with Asians. Zero star this year Blacks!!!! Apparently from all the reviews people are reading them thank God because there was only one other person in there. Do not waste your time in this place it went downhill absolutely disappointed!! AND ON TOP OF THAT.. we weren't going to give a tip and here they are adding it to your bill without your consent!! From all the reviews that must be why.

May 2022...I gave it a 2 star. been coming here for years. Until now it was a 5-star. The pizza crust was doughy....not fully cooked. The fries and mozzarella sticks were delicious. Perfect crunchiness. It might have new owners now. Before everyone was American. Not today. Asians done quite know how to cook American food for some reason. We will try the other pizza joint down the street and compare. Hopefully, they have great crust. We won't eat here again unless they have...

Went into this restaurant to have some dinner with my family, It was small but cute and it's own way, almost giving the vibe of a football card collection. It was a very nice convenient location, and we wanted to try it out. So we order A large pizza, with mozzarella sticks and drinks. They did not have water, and most of the drinks they had listed on their napkin box was not there. The pizza was delicious, but it was small. The mozzarella sticks were like mozzarella sticks you can get from gordons. We pay for our meal, and they did not give us a receipt nor the option to get our receipt, and they had purposely charged us $20 in tip without our consent nor our knowledge. We had to do the math because we didn't get receipt, nor did we get the option to get our receipt. The food here is good if you get only the pizza, and you should expect to be charged an extra $20 for their tips that they tip themselves. I would have tipped if the server was nicer, but she was disrespectful and had an attitude. Don't come here if you want to be disappointed with the atmosphere, the drinks, The disrespectful waitress, and especially the crummy movies. I'm very disappointed in this "restaurant", they has failed to be nice, make a good atmosphere, and be trustworthy.
