I was very excited today to introduce my father to delicious crumble cookies. I placed my order at 5:35 for curbside pick up. I was 6th in line when I checked in on the app. I waited over 40 minutes for my cookies watching costumers come and leave with their orders. Some returning because of mistakes to their order. My father is now becoming very impatient. At 6:27 I finally have to go in. I am 20days from delivering my baby and am in pain which is why I chose curbside pickup. However, Im the 1 to go in because I know my father wouldn't be as nice. I am not greeted and no one came to me for about 10 minutes. I finally speak to someone and I'm informed there is no order for Jessica. I used the app. There is no other name it could be under. I show them the receipt # which at 1st they don't even want to see.
No apologies made. The cookies my box is now waiting on to bake are going out in smaller orders b4 mine that were placed after mine. When I receive my box, still no apologies made. As I'm walking out to my vehicle, another curbside is walked out. This car has been waiting a fraction of the time we have been. We watched it pull up. The employee offers this car a water or chocolate milk for their wait. This upsets my father because we were not offered anything and we had waited longer. He asks for a manager and she tells us to call back tomorrow they are understaffed.
I understand being understaffed as my place of work is also. However how she handled this mess up was not appreciated. She argued with us that no one was there when they tried to walk out the order and that they called. I have proof no one tried to call. I can send a picture if needed. And we watched everything happening through the windows, no one came looking for us at all. I understand her stress but I don't like being lied to or how I was treated. My excitement for my father to try these cookies is gone. He is angry and I doubt he will be back.

Upon entering the lobby, I observed approximately 20 customers waiting, with a significant backlog of orders, exceeding 10 orders waiting to be fulfilled. I waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes, and the situation remained largely unchanged. During this time, I noticed that only one employee was actively working to fulfill orders. Another employee was present but was not assisting with order fulfillment. Instead, she spent the entire duration of my wait sanitizing the same small area repeatedly. Not only that, this employee was extremely rude and unprofessional towards her working coworker, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere.
