My complete experience:
11 something $ for a meal.
The drive through: You have to drive around the entire block to get in line. This was not thought out. Once you're there there are two lanes. It's pretty organized and went fast.
The food: I ordered a cheese burger combo with animal fries. Animal fries just have sauce and cheese on them. The burger looked exactly like all the pictures of a perfect burger in the ads. Most places hand over something unlike their pictures, smashed down etc. Think how it would look if you made it at home with fresh ingredients. It was a little too salty for my taste however. The fries. Well let's just say, once I got past the sauce to the non sauced fries were, I was very disappointed. The texture was off (like cardboard) and they had no flavor. Are they even actual potatoes? McDonald's fries are the worst in my opinion, and these were worse then those.
The conclusion: If I want a burger in the future, there are much better options in the 2C...
Read moreI have had in and out several times in Oregon and Ca. I have been waiting to eat here locally as I don't feel the long wait for any food is worth it. Yesterday I decided to get in and out as we lost power at 2:00 PM and had no way to cook so figured lets go ti in and out. Service was quick the drive thru line was fairly short took a total of ten minutes from time I arrived till the time I pulled away from the restaurant. First issue was I asked to take it home not eat in the car but food still arrived in the open box and my short drive home food was cold. The lettuce they used was yellow and very subpar in quality. The fires well they were cold and zero crispness to them kinda like sad fries no life in them. The over all experience was very subpar and I honestly like in and out but this trip really left a sour taste for the food. I did call and complain and they are sending me a complimentary coupon for two meals . Next go I will eat there will hot and fresh and ask for...
Read moreNostalgic types may be hurt by this review, but it's not that great a burger for all the time you have to invest in getting one. For having an army of people working extremely hard to make it, they can't keep up with demand. The couple times I had In-N-Out in California, there wasn't near the wait, but also it didn't stick with me as a particularly awesome burger, a great one, but not legendary. Have had it in Utah and Arizona with quite a bit of delay, but nothing like here in Idaho. While in Arizona, had my family try Whataburger and In-N-Out at the same meal, and even with being cooler from the wait to get the In-N-Out, Whataburger was the unanimous choice. Better burgers abound and don't require the wait (Gem In and Out, Caldwell) or are worth the wait (Burger Theory right next door). I've been as fair and patient as I can, but I just can't see what the...
