• Please read my review, very honest** First off I want to thank William, whom I believe is the chef's name and his beautiful wife. We had a pleasure of getting to know them and learning about their different cultures and passion for food. First off they serve FILTERED WATER! This excited me and foreshadowed to the attention of detail in food quality and presentation. We started off with the grouper calamari which was off the lounge menu but the waiter honors it at regular seating area. It was delicious, melt in your mouth and heavenly spicy. While enjoying the grouper I had the lychee martini and my husband a whiskey/tequila drink (very strong and good). We also ordered the peach tomato salad with fresh mozzarella and had their amazing gluten free bread. It was unbelievable. I really can't express the delicious food we were served and attention to detail. For dinner entrées we ordered the grouper and my husband the beef short rib while my daughter ordered the chicken pasta dish off the kids menu. The fish was cooked perfectly as it's hard to do with the timing. The chef is just unbelievable and I love the flavors he created and design of the restaurant. An Unforgettable Dining Experience!

My fiancé and I recently dined at Restaurant SOLUNA, and it was truly an experience to remember! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was both inviting and elegant, perfect for a special night out.

The menu had an incredible variety of options, catering to all tastes. We decided to try the Filet Mignon, and it was beyond delicious – each bite was bursting with flavor! You could tell the ingredients were fresh and prepared with such care. The stake was sitting on top of irresistible mushrooms made it stand out even more.

Service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive and gave us excellent recommendations. The entire staff was friendly, making sure we had everything we needed.

To top it all off, the desserts were a perfect ending to a fantastic meal, which was a real highlight.

I can’t recommend SOLUNA highly enough! It’s a true gem, and I can’t wait to go back to try more of their menu. If you’re looking for a memorable meal, this is the place to go!

I had the pleasure of dining at Soluna Restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting—soft lighting, cozy seating, and a beautifully designed interior that made us feel at home.

The service was impeccable. Our server, Noah, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. He made excellent recommendations, including the Calamari which was an absolute standout.

The food itself was phenomenal. The flavors were bold yet perfectly balanced, and every dish was beautifully plated. The star of the evening was definitely the Bell & Evans chicken which was cooked to perfection!

For dessert, we indulged in the house-made Arroz Con Leche, which was the perfect ending to an already exceptional dining experience. Each bite was creamy, with just the right amount of crunch.

Overall, Soluna offers a top-notch dining experience, combining outstanding food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone...
