How are you gonna get mad about someone wanting a true product? Like you don’t want more money for your store? If someone asks for a real switch pro controller, and you hand them a third party one, why is it so bad to ask for an exchange? Game stores are dying because of people behind the counter with bad attitudes. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company sold me an expensive and defective headset and then refused to even perform an exchange because it had been more than 7 days since it was purchased which shouldn’t matter at all if the product is defective!

Employees were unbelievably unhelpful and spent several minutes reading a receipt only to offer 0 new information or actual help.

Will NEVER spend another dollar here and will actively dissuade everyone I know from doing so either. Absolutely criminal the way they run...

Had one of the worst customer experiences here I’ve had in a while. I bought a shirt that happened to be defective so I took it back within the return period. Just because I had taken the tag off, which I brought with me, they would not return it. Nor would they exchange it for a non defective one. The sleeves were literally sewn on incorrectly…Any who works in retail knows theres always a way to take care of the customer but they simply denied me service.
