Went out to eat Sunday wasn’t quite busy figured a nice treat for my family since we were 2 hrs away from home. Was told the wait would be 10-15 so we agree to wait. It was just me, my boyfriend & daughter once we finally got a table they sat us at a table big enough for like 6 people. Which we figured wasn’t a big deal whatever well the table nxt to us had just cleared out people were done and left. While we sat for 10 mins or so for someone get our drink order, it began to rain and then all of a sudden I seen a leak coming from the table nxt to us that just cleared out. I managed to alert the waiter it took them like 5 mins or so to figure what to do about the leak. Apparently this is something that happens every time it rains the waitress alert me. So they finally decided to moved us to a booth so we wouldn’t get wet. Once at the booth manager was supposed to had gotten us fresh chips & salsa but she never came out with them and I sat waiting for a new drink. We literally sat waiting for our food for over 40 mins or longer. May remind u it wasn’t even packed!! Lots of empty tables around us. I asked the waitress why is was taking so long she just clear to let me know that she wasn’t quite sure everything was all messed up and she couldn’t make the cooks cook any fast. So I asked to speak to the manager I let her know that this was ridiculous we been patiently waiting but we deserved some kind of discount for all our troubles so she agreed. Finally boyfriend food came out and I was told I had to wait a bit longer cuz apparently my food took a bit longer to cook. Once I finally received my food I tried brushing it all off and enjoy my food and feed my hungry child. Food tasted alright but once I was close to finishing up my food I felt something hard from the bite I just took, I figured maybe could had been a chicken bone or something, so I spit it out of my mouth and it was a huge piece of plastic! That’s when I lost it called for the manager let her know I was not paying a thing for any of it! This was ridiculous and out of line! Never in my life have a received such horrible...

Embarking on a journey to explore all seven wonders of the world was a life-changing odyssey filled with remarkable experiences and unforeseen challenges. From the awe-inspiring pyramids of Giza in Egypt, where history whispers through ancient sands, to the serene beauty of Machu Picchu nestled high in the Andes Mountains of Peru, each wonder left an indelible mark on my soul.
Traversing the globe, I marveled at the grandeur of the Taj Mahal in India, a testament to eternal love, and stood in wonder before the ancient city of Petra in Jordan, carved meticulously into rose-red cliffs. The Great Wall of China stretched endlessly before me, a testament to human determination and ingenuity, while the Colosseum in Rome spoke of the glory and spectacle of ancient civilizations.
Yet, amidst the trials and tribulations of such a monumental journey, my visit to the Opry Mills Mall Chili's marked a poignant moment of personal and spiritual renewal. Candace, our server, welcomed us with genuine warmth and impeccable service. Her attentiveness and kindness were a balm after months of exploration.
The atmosphere at Chili's was inviting, offering a comforting refuge after days spent exploring distant lands. The chips and salsa, a simple yet delicious treat, brought a taste of familiarity and homecoming.
Thank you, Candace, and the entire team at Chili's, for not just serving food, but for creating an experience that mirrored the warmth and hospitality found across continents. My journey may have ended here, but the memories and lessons learned will stay with me forever. I cannot recommend Chili's enough for anyone seeking a moment of respite and...

Didn’t see her anywhere. We don’t know if she went on break or to the bathroom. But, we didn’t see her for awhile & when we did, she was around the bar area alot. Another party came in & sat behind us & not one time did she look over at us to see if our waters needed refills or if I wanted more coke. I know she saw that we were still there, sitting behind the people that she had just taken their order. Before I could say anything, she walked off. We got done eating & getting our stuff together & she magically appeared and asked if we needed anything. Why didn’t she do that while we were eating? Why didn’t she glance over, check our cups & ask if we want more refills or ask if we need a to go box. I got a to go Coke, since I was thirsty & she never came back WHILE we were eating. I’ve worked at Cracker Barrel & Rainforest Cafe. I was a hostess, but, I know it’s serious protocol with Corporate, at Cracker Barrel, that a server ask ppl if they want a refill, when their drink is in the middle. They could get in trouble if corporate noticed a customer wasn’t getting their drinks refilled. I know all about hospitality & making the best first impression with guests in your restaurant. When you come to the table , you smile. I didn’t feel very welcome. She might as well not serve if she wants to wait until ppl leave, to magically appear & all of a sudden “You need anything?” Seriously?!...
